ميزة التوافق التام بين المنطوق والمكتوب واستثناءاتها في اللغة العربية

الملخص
يدرس هذا البحث ميزة من ميزات اللغة العربية؛ والمتمثلة في التطابق بين المنطوق والمكتوب، ويهدف إلى تحديد العلاقة بين النطق والكتابة، ومدى تأثيرها على تميّز اللغة، وبيان خاصية اللغة العربية في التوافق التام بين منطوقها ومكتوبها، كما يهدفُ إلى بيان الاستثناءات التي يخالف فيها المنطوق المكتوب في اللغة العربية، مع تعليل كل استثناء لتأصيل غايته وتأكيد أهميته، ومن أهم نتائج البحث أنّ اللغة العربية تتميز بانضباط العلاقة بين منطوقها ومكتوبها وتطابقهما تماما، وقد ورد على هذا التطابق استثناءات محصورة جدا، منها ما يُكتب ولا يُنطق؛ وهي الألف الفارقة بعد واو الجماعة في الفعل، واللام الشمسية في "ال" التعريف، ومنها ما يُنطق ولا يُكتب؛ وهي نون التنوين، وألف المدّ في أسماء الإشارة، ولكل استثناء من هاته الاستثناءات سبب وجيه دعا إليه، ولم تكن عبثا. This research studies one of the Arabic language features, which is the correspondence between the spoken and the written. It aims to determine the relationship between pronunciation and writing, and the extent of its impact on the distinction of the language, and to demonstrate the characteristic of the Arabic language in the complete harmony between its spoken and written. It also aims to indicate the exceptions in which the utterance contradicts the written in the Arabic language, with justification for each exception to establish its purpose and confirm its importance. Among the most important results of the research is that the Arabic language is distinguished by regulate of the relationship between its spoken and written, and the complete correspond between it. There are very limited exceptions to this congruence. Some of it written and not spoken, it is differentiate "alif" after the "waw" of the plural in the verb, and "al-lam al-shamsiyah" in the defining “al”. Some it spoken and not written, it is the "noun" of tanwin, and "alif" in the sign nouns. In addition, these exceptions are not in vain, but there is a convincing reason for it
