الملخص
يُمثّل هذا البحث تقديما وتحقيقا لمخطوط "الدرة الثمينة في حمل السفينة" لأبي الإخلاص الشرنبلالي الحنفي (ت:1069هـ)، وتهدفُ الدراسة إلى التعريف بالإمام أبي الإخلاص الشرنبلالي، ووصف المخطوطة المدروسة وإثبات نسبتها إليه، كما تهدف إلى إخراج نص هذه المخطوطة ونشرها وفق ما يقتضيه منهج التحقيق، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أنّ مخطوطة "الدرة الثمينة في حمل السفينة" رسالة فقهية في باب الإجارة، تعالج مسألة من مسائل إجارة السفن، ألّفها حسن الشرنبلالي الحنفي ضمن سلسلة من الرسائل الفقهية، انطلق فيها من سؤال وَرَدَهُ، فأجاب باستفاضة مع استحضار أقوال الفقهاء ومناقشتها، وهذا يدل على شدة حفظه، وملكته الفقهية الراسخة. This research represents an introduction and investigation of the manuscript "al-Durra al-Thamina fi Himl al-Safina" by Abu Al-Ikhlas Al-Shurenbulali Al-Hanafi (d: 1069 H). This study aims to introduce Imam Abu Al-Ikhlas Al-Shurenbulali, describe the studied manuscript and prove its attribution to him. It also aims to display and publish this manuscript as required by the investigation method. Among the most prominent results of the study is that the studied manuscript "al-Durra al-Thamina fi Himl al-Safina" is a jurisprudential treatise in the chapter on leasing, and it discusses one of the issues of leasing ships. It was written by Hassan Al-Shurenbulali Al-Hanafi as part of a series of jurisprudential treatises, in which he proceeded from a question and, and gave a satisfactory answer with discussing the sayings of the jurists. This indicates for the strength of his memorization, and his well-established jurisprudence
