Al-Qabas Journal of Psychological and Social Studies is a quarterly, comprehensive, scientific and journal published by Psychological and Social Research Laboratory ,Medea University. it is dedicated to publishing articles, studies and research in the field Social sciences. The papers are in Arabic, French and English languages. The journal emphasizes the originality, seriousness and quality of research papers submitted for publication. It accepts only high-quality research that provides added scientific value. The journal works to establish and maintain the ethics of scientific research by ensuring the objective arbitration and evaluation of the papers it publishes. The journal also believes in the intellectual openness to the various fields of life, which are of interest to the above-mentioned disciplines and scientific fields. Accordingly, the journal is keen on publishing as many genuine scientific papers as possible. The journal has a preference to papers with a scientifically interesting content that relate to reality and correspond to changes in all fields, so it is keen to invite researchers belonging to fields of interest of the journal to provide publication with the intention of communicating the scientific knowledge that has been achieved and which shows its importance in dealing with proposed field problems, without neglecting the value and importance of original theoretical studies that are not characterized by cognitive rumination, but rather they are able to extract theories and reliable problems and hypotheses related mainly to the reality.

مؤشرات ضمان جودة مؤسسات التعليم العالي في بعض دول العالم

الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم مؤشرات ضمان جودة مؤسسات التعليم العالي.فقد أصبح موضوع ضمانالجودةمن أهم المواضيع التي يتم تداولها في الجامعات ومراكز البحوث من أجل مجابهة مختلف التحديات التي تواجهها عديد من الدول لاسيما منها الجزائر، والتي تعرف تدني جودة المخرجات التعليمية وعدم مواءمتها لحاجات سوق العمل، في عصر العولمة، وفي ظل اشتداد المنافسة على الصعيد العالمي.ولهدا فقد أصبح لزاما على الوزارة المعنية وبالتنسيق مع مختلف الشركاءالسعي بجدية نحو النهوض بكفاءة التعليم وجودته.تحاول هده الورقة العلمية تقديم مفهوم ضمان الجودة في التعليم العالي وأهم مؤشرات قياسها في مجموعة من دول العالم. بالاضافة الى التعرض الى أهم تحديات تطبيقها في الجامعة الجزائرية. This research paper aims to shed light on the most important indicators of quality assurance in higher education institutions. The issue of quality assurance has become one of the most important topics that are discussed in universities and research centers in order to confront the various challenges faced by many countries, especially Algeria, which is known for the low quality of educational outputs and their inconsistency with the needs of the labor market, in the era of globalization, and in light of the intensification of competition for global level. For this reason, it has become imperative for the concerned ministry, in coordination with various partners, to seriously strive towards improving the efficiency and quality of education. This scientific paper attempts to present the concept of quality assurance in higher education and the most important indicators for measuring it in a group of countries around the world. In addition to exposure to the most important challenges of its application in the Algerian University.
