Al-Qabas Journal of Psychological and Social Studies is a quarterly, comprehensive, scientific and journal published by Psychological and Social Research Laboratory ,Medea University. it is dedicated to publishing articles, studies and research in the field Social sciences. The papers are in Arabic, French and English languages. The journal emphasizes the originality, seriousness and quality of research papers submitted for publication. It accepts only high-quality research that provides added scientific value. The journal works to establish and maintain the ethics of scientific research by ensuring the objective arbitration and evaluation of the papers it publishes. The journal also believes in the intellectual openness to the various fields of life, which are of interest to the above-mentioned disciplines and scientific fields. Accordingly, the journal is keen on publishing as many genuine scientific papers as possible. The journal has a preference to papers with a scientifically interesting content that relate to reality and correspond to changes in all fields, so it is keen to invite researchers belonging to fields of interest of the journal to provide publication with the intention of communicating the scientific knowledge that has been achieved and which shows its importance in dealing with proposed field problems, without neglecting the value and importance of original theoretical studies that are not characterized by cognitive rumination, but rather they are able to extract theories and reliable problems and hypotheses related mainly to the reality.

The Perception of English Language Teachers of the Importance of e-Learning Platforms in Hebron Governorate and Yatta Governorate

الملخص: Abstract: This Study aimed to identify the awareness of English Language Teachers in Hebron Governorate and Yatta Governorate of the Importance of E-Learning Platforms and its Relationship to their Cognitive flexibility – the researcher adopted the descriptive correlation approach on a stratified random sample،which included (262) teachers from Yatta education directorate and from south Hebron directorate،during the first semester in (2021/2022( The researchers set up a questionnaires to measure the Awareness Of English Language Teachers in Hebron Governorate of the Importance of E-Learning Platforms consisting of (30) Paragraphs.the instruments va0lidity and reliability were both verified،the reliability coefficient of the first instrument is (0.95). The results show that the Awareness of English Language Teachers in Hebron Governorate Of The Importance Of E-Learning Platforms were moderate with an average of (3.550)،and standard deviation of (0.673). The results also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences in the awareness of English Language Teachers in Hebron Governorate of The Importance of E-Learning Platforms attributed to the variables of gender،educational qualification،directorate and stage) while there were differences according to the variable (years of experience(. ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف إلى إدراك معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية لأهمية منصات التعليم الإلكتروني في محافظة الخليل ويطا، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمد المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق الدراسة في الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي (2022/2021) م، على عينة عشوائية طبقية، وقد تكونت من (262) معلما ومعلمة من مديرية تربية يطا، و مديرية جنوب الخليل، وتم إعداد استبانة لقياس إدراك معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية لأهمية منصات التعليم الإلكتروني في محافظة الخليل ، حيث تكونت من (30) فقرة، وقد تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وأظهرت النتائج أن إدراك معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية لأهمية منصات التعليم الإلكتروني في محافظة الخليل متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي (3.550)، وبانحراف معياري(0.673). كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لإدراك معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية لأهمية منصات التعليم الإلكتروني في محافظة الخليل تبعاً لمتغير(الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والمديرية، والمرحلة)، بينما أظهرت وجود فروق تبعاً لمتغير (سنوات الخبرة).

الملخص: ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى ماهية التربية البدنية ومبررات الاهتمام بها في المؤسسات التربوية التعليمية، والكشف عن طرائق تدريس التربية البدنية المستخدمة في المؤسسات التربوية التعليمية، والتعرف إلى دواعي تطوير مناهج وطرائق تدريس التربية البدنية، والكشف عن الأسس التي يقوم عليها التقويم الحديث في التربية البدنية. وقد حققت الدراسة أهدافها وخرجت بالنتائج والتوصيات المتعلقة بإشكالية هذه الدراسة. Résumé: Cette étude visait à identifier la nature de l’éducation physique et la justification de son intérêt pour les établissements d’enseignement, révéler les méthodes d’enseignement de l’éducation physique utilisées dans les établissements d’enseignement et identifier les raisons du développement de programmes et de méthodes d’enseignement. L'éducation physique et découvrir les fondements de l'évaluation moderne en éducation physique. L’étude a atteint ses objectifs et a abouti à des conclusions et recommandations concernant le problème de cette étude.

أهمية التعلم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة القدس

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أهمية التعلم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة القدس، في ضوء متغيرات الدرجة العلمية، والتخصص، والمستوى الدراسي، والعمل. اعتمد الباحثون المنهج الوصفي منهجاً للدراسة، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من( 288) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة القدس، وتم اختيار عينة طبقية عنقودية مكونة من (53) طالبا وطالبة ما نسبته (18.40%) من مجتمع الدراسة للعام الدراسي (2023-2024) من طلبة الدراسات العليا. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثون بجمع البيانات من خلال استخدام استبيان تم إعداده بعناية حيث تم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة قبل تطبيق الدراسة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة أهمية التعلم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة القدس قد بلغت (3.51) وهي درجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ α) في متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة حول أهمية التعلم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة القدس تعزى لمتغير الدرجة العلمية، التخصص، المستوى الدراسي والعمل. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصى الباحثون بإجراء المزيد من البحوث حول التعلم الإلكتروني وذلك لضرورة اعتماده كسياسة تعليمية الى جانب تطويره بشكل مستمر. والتأكيد على أهمية استثمار هذه التوجهات الايجابية نحو التعلم الالكتروني من خلال تحويل شغفهم إلى فرص تعليمية فعالة، وإشراكهم في تطوير وتصميم تجارب جديدة للتعلم الإلكتروني تلبي احتياجاتهم ورغباتهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: تعلم إلكتروني، دراسات عليا. Abstract: The study investigated the momentousness of e-learning from Al-Quds University graduate students‘ perspective, in consideration of variables of academic degree, specialization, academic level, and employment status. The research employed a quantitative research methodology utilizing a descriptive design to achieve the objectives of the study. While the study population was made up of (288) male and female graduate students at Al-Quds University, the selected sample was a stratified cluster consisting (53) male and female graduate students and representing (18.40%) of the study population for the academic year (2023/ 2024). To achieve the aims of the study, the researchers collected data by utilizing a questionnaire that was carefully crafted. The validity and reliability of the instrument were verified before applying the study. The results showed that the degree of importance of e-learning from the point of view of graduate students at Al-Quds University was (3.51), which is a very good degree. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05 ≥ α) in the averages of the graduate students' responses about the importance of e-learning due to the variables of academic degree, specialization, academic level, and employment status. All findings considered, the researchers recommended applying more research on e-learning due to the necessity of taking it as a part of the educational policy and developing it consecutively. Accordingly, the researchers highlighted the importance of investing in the students' positive trends towards e-learning by transforming their passion into effective educational opportunities and involving them in developing and designing new e-learning experiences that meet their needs and ambitions. مدى توفر ادارة الازمات في المدارس الاعدادية في محافظة بغداد من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس

الملخص: هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مدى توفر ادارة الازمات لدى مدراء المدارس الاعدادية في محافظة بغداد، كما هدف ايضا معرفة الفروق في توفر ادارة الازمات بين مدراء المدارس تبعا لمتغير الجنس (الذكور – الاناث). ومن اجل تحقيق هدفي البحث، قامت الباحثتان ببناء مقياس لادارة الازمات لدى مدراء المدارس الاعدادية، وقد تم استخراج التمييز والصدق والثبات للمقياس، وبعد تطبيق المقياس على عينة البحث وتحليل البيانات، اظهرت النتائج ما يأتي: - 1- لا يوجد فروق بين متوسط العينة والمتوسط الفرضي على مقياس ادارة الازمات. 2- لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين المدراء والمديريات في توفر ادارة الازمات. وبعد الحصول على النتائج قامت الباحثتان بتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات
