آليات دعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ودورها في ترقية الاستثمار الفلاحي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2008-2019)

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية دعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تطوير وترقية الاستثمار الزراعي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2008-2019)، من خلال تحليل مجموعة من البيانات والإحصائيات وعرض أهم الآليات المتخذة لدعم الاستثمار الزراعي في سبيل النهوض بالقطاع الفلاحي ورفع مساهمته في تكوين الناتج المحلي الإجمالي. وقد بينت الدراسة أنه وبالرغم من أهمية القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر في الوقت الراهن إلا أن عملية تمويل هذا القطاع والدفع به في إطار المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تبقى جد محدودة وغير كافية لترقية الاستثمار الزراعي. This study aims at highlighting the importance of supporting small and medium enterprises to develop and promote the agricultural investment in Algeria for the period (2008-2019) through analysing a set of data and statistics and presenting the most important mechanisms that have been adopted to support this kind of investment has developed to promote the agricultural sector and increase its contribution to GDP. The study has proven that despite the importance of the agricultural sector in Algeria now day the process of financing this sector and boosting it in the frame of small and medium enterprises remains very limited and insufficient to promote the agricultural investment.
