كما أن المقالات لا تعبر الا عن أراء أصحابها و لا تمثل بالضرورة المنحى العلمي و الفكري للمجلة.

Finance & Markets Journal: is a peer-reviewed scientific journal, open to all researchers in the economic fields, particularly in finance, markets and financing conditions.

It is interested in research that has not been presented before in a scientific event, and which does not represent a part of a previous work (a diploma of end of university studies, a magister, a master or a thesis of doctorate).

Also, the articles only express the opinions of their authors and do not necessarily represent the scientific and intellectual orientation of the journal.

La Revue Finance & Marchés: est une revue scientifique à comité de lecture, ouverte à tous les chercheurs dans les domaines économiques, en particulier en matière de finance, des marchés et des conditions de financement.

Elle s'intéresse à des recherches qui n'ont pas été présentées auparavant dans un événement scientifique, et qui ne représentent pas une partie d'un travail antérieur (un diplôme de fin d’études universitaires, un magister, un master ou une thèse de doctorat).

Aussi, les articles n'expriment uniquement que les opinions de leurs auteurs et ne représentent pas nécessairement l'orientation scientifique et intellectuelle de la revue

الملخص: ملخص: نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على مفهوم المنطق الضبابي وأثر الضبابية في تقييم الأداء المالي لبنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية –وكالة تيارت-، حيث قمنا بتحويل المدخلات العددية لمؤشر السيولة ومؤشر الربحية إلى مجموعات غامضة عن طريق دوال الإنتماء المثلثية؛ ثم استعنا بنظام الاستدلال الضبابي في إزالة التضبيب؛ وذلك لقدرته على معالجة البيانات المالية بدقة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن استعمال النظرية الضبابية في البنك مكن متخذي القرار من تقييم أداءه المالي ليبقى محافظا على مكانته وكفاءته ووضعيته المالية. إذ بلغت مساحة القرار ما نسبته 57,3% وهذا مؤشر جيد لا يمكن تحقيقه إلا إذا قمنا بالموائمة بين السيولة التي يلزم توفرها والربحية المرجو تحقيقها . Abstract: The aim of this study is to assess the financial performance of the Agriculture and Rural Development Bank using the fuzzy logic system , for its ability to process financial statements in case or uncertainty. The results showed that using the fuzzy theory enabled the decision makers to differentiate between liquidity and profitability in evaluating the bank's financial performance so as to maintain its position, efficiency and financial position.
