منهجية صياغة التقرير النفسي في الممارسة النفسية

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعمق في منهجية صياغة التقرير النفسي لأنه ضرورة أساسية يحتاجها الفاحص أو الباحث النفساني، فالتقرير النفسي له أسسه وقواعده المنهجية باعتباره الوصف العلمي لحالة المفحوص الراهنة بهدف التعرف على جوانب التفوق أو القصور في جانب من جوانب شخصيته أو قدرة من قدراته العقلية المعرفية، والتقرير النفسي هو الناتج النهائي لعملية التقييم النفسي التي تهدف إلى تزويدنا بالمعلومات التي تساعدنا على تلبية حاجة المفحوص، وفهمه بشكل أفضل. ويعتمد ذلك التقييم أو الوصف على عدة محاور رئيسية على حسب طبيعة الحالة والغرض من الفحص، وهو إما يهدف إلى تصنيف المفحوصين –كما في حالة اختبارات القدرات العقلية لاختيار الأنسب لوظيفة محددة أو لاختيار من تنطبق عليهم معايير أو شروط القبول لمؤسسة تعليمية أو تدريبية أو تأهيلية، وإما يهدف إلى تشخيص حالة المفحوص، كما في تشخيص الاضطرابات النفسية أو العقلية أو تشخيص الإصابات أو الاضطرابات العصبية. Abstract: This study aims to address the subject of the methodology of writing the psychological report because it is a basic necessity needed by the examiner or psychological researcher. The psychological report has its foundations and methodological rules because it is the scientific description of the case's condition in order to identify the aspects of excellence or deficiencies in some aspect of his personality or ability of his mental and cognitive abilities. And the psychological report is the final product of the psychological assessment process, which aims to provide us with informations that helps us to meet the needs of the examiner, and understand it better. This description is based on several axes depending on the condition and purpose of the examination. It aims to classify the subjects, as in the case of mental abilities tests to choose the most suitable for a specific job, or to choose those who meet the criteria or requirements for admission to an educational, training or rehabilitation institution. And either aims to diagnose the status of the examiner, as in the diagnosis of psychological or mental disorders or diagnosis injuries or neurological disorders.
