An international, bi-annual, free and peer-reviewed journal published by the Research Center of the Islamic Sciences and Civilization Laghouat – Algeria. The journal focuses on publishing research and articles in the fields of Islamic, human and social sciences, it receives scientific research in the three languages: Arabic, English and French. It aims to: - Publish and encourage the production of researchers and scholars, including professors, researchers and doctoral students, especially research related to the cultural and social environment, regarding to Islamic sciences. – Promote scientific research in Islamic studies and Islamic heritage in general – Encourage intellectual studies, as well as studies in the field of comparative religion to achieve human dialogue and introduce Islam – Encourage jurisprudence, Quranic and hadith studies to serve intellectual issues, especially emerging ones – Encourage research in the fields of social and human sciences. The journal is committed to publish original research that fulfills the required academic conditions, and rejects what violates the ethics of scientific research and scientific integrity.

معايير مقترحة لبناء موقع إلكتروني نموذجي للمدرسة كوسيلة بيداغوجية تخدم تعليمية اللغة والتواصل بها Suggested criteria for building a school website template as a pedagogical means serving language didactics and communication

الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى وضع مجموعة معايير لبناء موقع إلكتروني نموذجي للمدرسة كوسيلة بيداغوجية تخدم تعليمية اللغة، فيكون الموقع نفسه من حيث الشكل وبرمجيات الدعم لكن مختلفا من حيث المحتوى الذي تُنتجه الجماعة التربوية في كل مؤسسة تعليمية عبر الوطن. تنطلق الدراسة من سرد مختصر لإدماج الوسائط التعليمية الحديثة بالجزائر منذ الاستقلال ووصولا الى أزمة وباء كوفيد، ثم نُعرّج على مفاهيم تعليم اللغات والتواصل في الفضاء التقليدي للمدرسة والذي يتميّز بممارسة اللغة على مستويين: المقرر الدراسي داخل القسم، النشاطات اللاصفية. وكلاهما سيكون الأساس لصناعة محتوى الموقع الإلكتروني. توصلت الدراسة الى وضع 21 معيارا لبناء الموقع الإلكتروني للمدرسة This study we suggest a set of criteria to build a template for school websites as a pedagogical tool to serve language didactics and linguistic communication. Thus, the websites can be identical nationally in terms of design and softwares but independant in terms of content produced by each school community. We began our research study by an abstract of new technological means in Algeria since the independence “1962” up to Covid19 pandemic. Then, we deal with didactics and linguistic communication concepts in traditional school space that we divided into two levels: official curriculum in class, extracurricular activities cultural. The above-mentioned traditional levels are suggested to be the basis of the website along with strictly and well-defined roles of contributions by school community members.The study findings are 21 criteria.

الملخص: الحضارة المرآة العاكسة للفكر الإنساني برمته؛ و مع تلاحق الأزمنة و اختلاف العصور؛ فلكل زمن دولة، و لكل تاريخ عبرة، تستفيد منها الأجيال المتلاحقة عبر الدهور؛ و هذا لا ينفك إلا من خلال العمران و العلم. و هذا الموضوع الذي بين أيدينا الحضارة الإسلامية في بلاد الأندلس، راجع إلى الفضل الأول و الأخير إلى الإسلام فلا تأتي الأندلس إلا بمصاحبة الإسلام لها ؛ فصنع الإسلام من خلال تعاليمه الربانية حضارة إنسانية خالدة لا يزال الدارسون مشغوفون بدراستها، و لم تجف أقلام الباحثين في سرد أحداث رجالها من أمراء و علماء و شعراء و أدباء. و أما بخصوص المنظور الفكري لابن حزم للحضارة الإسلامية في بلاده الأندلس أن الفضل يعود إلى عمرانها في القصُرُ المعمورُ بأنواع الفضائل؛ و للخليفة الذي فضله المشهور؛ و لرجال علمها الذين ألفوا أجود ما عندهم من مؤلفات تزخر بها المكتبة الإنسانية عامة و الإسلامية خاصة . Civilization is the mirror that reflects all of human thought. Time passes, different eras comeand go. Every time has an empire, and every history has a lesson from which successivegenerations can benefit. This can only be achieved through knowledge. Moreover, the wholesubject of the Islamic civilization in Andalusia is due to Islam because there is no Andalusiawithout Islam accompanying it. Through its divine teachings, Islam created an immortalhuman civilization that scholars are still passionate about studying, and the pens ofresearchers have not dried up in recounting the legacies of its men, including princes,scholars, poets, and writers. As for Ibn Hazm’s intellectual perspective on Islamic civilizationin his country, Andalusia, the credit goes to its development in a palace filled with all kinds ofvirtues. In addition, for the caliph whom he famously favoured; And to the men of itsknowledge who wrote their finest works, which abound in the human library in general and theIslamic library in particular.
