Laboratory Records (LR) is an open access, biannual, peer-reviewed and refereed journal issued by the «Educational Issues Laboratory» in Human and Social sciences Faculty at Mohammed Kheider University of Biskra, Algeria. The main objective of LR is to provide an intellectual platform for scholars and academics. LR aims to promote interdisciplinary studies in humanities and social science and become the leading journal in humanities and social science. The journal publishes research papers in the fields of humanities and social science such as sociology, psychology, philosophy, anthropology, communication studies, education, ethics, history, library science, media studies, methodology, as well as sports and physical education. The journal is published in and online versions in three languages: Arabic, English and French. LR publishes original papers, review papers, conceptual framework, case studies, empirical research, and book reviews. Special Issues devoted to important topics in humanities and social science will occasionally be published. The articles in the journal are open access to different users in different countries around the world in order to contribute rapidly in the advancement of scientific research.

استقبال المقالات

تدعو مجلة دفاتر المخبر المؤلفين عند ارسال مقالاتهم التقيد بما يلي:

1- إرسال المقالات وفق القالب؛

2- أن لا يتجاوز عدد الصفحات 20 صفحة؛

3- أن يتم التهميش وفق طريقة APA وبطريقة آلية؛

4- التأكد من إدراج جميع المؤلفين عند الإرسال في حالة المقالات لأكثر من مؤلف؛

5- على طلبة الدكتوراه إدراج إسم المخبر في مقالاتهم، وأن تكون أسماؤهم في المرتبة الأولى.

الملخص: يعتبر مجال الأمن الغذائي من أحد المجالات المهمة حيث أن الدول أولت له عناية خاصة وشجعت الباحثين على القيام بالبحث وزيادة المخرجات العلمية حتى تساهم تلك الأبحاث في تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي، وأمام العدد المتنامي للمنشورات العلمية في هذا المجال جعل من الضروري إيجاد مؤشرات ببليومترية لتقييم وقياس جودة هذا الإنتاج العلمي ومن هنا تهدف هذه الورقة العلمية إلى التعرف على المؤشرات و القوانين الببليومترية التي تساعد في تقييم الإنتاج العلمي في مجال الأمن الغذائي ومن النتائج المتوقعة للدراسة أن هناك العديد من المؤشرات الببليومترية التي تسمح بتقييم المخرجات العلمية على غرار مؤشرات القياسات الوراقية و العلمية و القياسات البديلة وهذا التقييم يسمح بتقديم المعلومات لمتخذي القرار من اجل تغيير السياسات و الاستثمارات في مجال الأمن الغذائي. Food Security is considered as one of the most important fields that encouraged researchers to look for better ways which are likely to increase self-sufficiency realization. In light of the different scientific surveysundertaken in this field, it became necessary to find bibliometric indicators to evaluate and measure the quality of this scientific production. In view of this, the aim of this scientific paper is to discover the bibliometric indicators and laws that help in evaluating the scientific production in the field of Food Security.The results of this study show that there are numerous bibliometric indicators that may allow for the evaluation of scientific outputs, bibliometrics and scientific measurement, as well as alternative measurement. Thus, this evaluation permits the provision of information to decision-makers for changing policy and investing in the field of Food Security..
