أخلاقيات البحث العلمي في ظل التطور التكنولوجي

الملخص
إن التطور التكنولوجي أثر على كل المجالات ومن بينها البحث العلمي الذي شهد قفزة نوعية، فاستخدام التكنولوجيا في عمل الأبحاث وفرت الوقت والجهد والتكاليف المخصصة للبحث، كما ساهمت التقنيات الحديثة بتطور العلم وتطور الأبحاث والدراسات العلمية لسهولة جمع المعلومات والبيانات سواء عن طريق الإنترنت أم التواصل مع الأشخاص ذوي العلاقة بموضوع البحث. ومراعاة لهذا التطور التكنولوجي في المجال البحثي الذي سهل الوصول إلى المعلومة، يتوجب على الباحث أن يلتزم بعدد من الواجبات والمسؤوليات في بحثه، حيث لا يستطيع القيام بكل ما يريد وكما يريد سواء من تلقاء نفسه أو بطلبه من طرف أو أطراف أخرى دون أن يعرضه ذلك إلى انعكاسات سلبية، حيث أن كل بحث يتطلب بالتأكيد من الباحث أخلاقيات، من دون استقامتها ونزاهتها فان مصداقية مسعى البحث سيكون محل شك وريبة، وهذا ما سيتم تناوله في هذه الورقة من خلال تقديم الأخلاقيات البحثية التي يجب أن يتصف بها الباحث في ظل التطور التكنولوجي ووسائل البحث الحديثة. Abstract:Technological development has affected all areas, including scientific research, the use of technology in the work of research saved time, effort and costs allocated to research, and modern technologies have contributed to the development of science and the development of scientific research and studies for the ease of collecting information and data, whether through the Internet or communicating with people related to the subject of research. Taking into account this technological development in the field of research, which is easy to access information, the researcher must adhere to a number of duties and responsibilities in his research, where he can not do all he wants and as he wants either on his own or by his request from one or other parties without exposing it to negative repercussions, since each research certainly requires the researcher ethics, without its integrity and integrity, the credibility of the search endeavor will be questionable and suspicious, and this will be addressed in this paper through To provide the research ethics that the researcher must be characterized by in the light of technological development and modern research methods.
