الملخص
تعتبر جريمة اختطاف الأطفال من الجرائم التي تؤرق المجتمع وتهدد كيانه واستقراره، نظرا لإنتشارها الواسع خاصة خلال السنوات الأخيرة، نتيجة تزايد عدد حالات اختطاف الأطفال وما يصاحبه من اعتداءات أخرى تصل إلى حد ازهاق أرواحهم والتنكيل بجثثهم، الأمر الذي جعلها موضوع الساعة وشغلت إهتمام الباحثين في مختلف المجالات، ولهذا تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى إعطاء قراءة نفسو-اجتماعية لمختلف حيثيات جريمة اختطاف الأطفال. ABSTRACT The crime of abduction of children is one of the crimes that harms society and threatens its existence and stability, due to its wide spread, especially in recent years, as a result of the increasing number of cases of child abduction and the accompanying attacks amounting to the loss of their lives and the abuse of their corpses, which made it the subject of the hour and occupied the attention of researchers in various The fields, and for this the present study aims to give a Psycho-social reading of the crime of child abduction.
