الملخص: بدأ الاهتمام برياضة الأشخاص المعوقين في التشريع الرياضي الجزائري ابتداء من صدور القانون رقم 89 ـ 03 المؤرخ في 14 فبراير 1989، المتعلق بتنظيم المنظومة الوطنية للتربية البدنية والرياضية وتطويرها، من خلال المادة 7 بند 4، التي نصت على ما يلي" تنظم وتطور الممارسة التربوية الجماهيرية على مستوى: المؤسسات والهياكل المكلفة باستقبال الأشخاص المعوقين"، ثم توالت القوانين والمراسيم المتعلقة بتنظيم رياضة الأشخاص المعوقين، سواء من حيث طبيعتها، كثافتها، برامجها، أهدافها، شروط تنفيذها. لذلك نبحث في إطار هذه المقالة الأهلية التكوينية للأشخاص المسيرين لهذه الجمعيات، نظرا لما يتمتعون به من سلطة التخطيط والبرمجة في إطار هذه الجمعيات. Write Attention to the sport of persons with disabilities began in Algerian sports legislation from the promulgation of Act No. 89-03 of 14 February 1989.
