الملخص
يعتبر موضوع هيكل الخصوم أو الهيكلة المالية من بين المواضيع التي لازالت محل دراسة العديد من الباحثين، وذلك لتعدد النظريات التي حاولت تفسير هذه الهيكلة، وكذا لنتائج الدراسات التجريبية المختلفة. ومن خلال عينة من المؤسسات الجزائرية، تم التوصل إلى تأثير الضمانات والحجم، وكذا الشكل القانوني على هيكل الخصوم، وهذا ما يتوافق مع تحليل نظرية الإشارة ونظرية التوازن. في حين تم رفض تأثير كل من المردودية والنمو. Abstract: The topic of the passive structure, or financial structuring, is among the topics that are still being studied by many researchers, due to the multiplicity of theories that tried to explain this structure, as well as the results of various experimental studies. Through a sample of Algerian enterprises, the effect of guarantees and size, as well as the legal form on the liability structure, was reached, and this is consistent with the analysis of signal theory and tradeoff theory. The effect of both profitability and growth was rejected.
