The Journal of Development and Prospecting for Research and Studies is an periodic, academic, bi-annual journal issued by the development Policy and Forward Studies Laboratory, University of Bouira, the first issue was published in December 2016, it is a magazine concerned with publishing research and scientific studies related to economic sciences, commercial and management sciences that meets the scientific and methodological requirements. It is concerned with all studies that address the strategies that can drive economic growth through the promotion and activation of the basic economic sectors - agriculture, industry with its various branches, tourism, renewable energies, information and communication technology and the topic of local and rural development, in various countries, both at the economic and developmental levels. In a way that enhances development and achieves its sustainability, it also focuses on studies and research that are interested in building economic models that include a number of macro variables that affect both economic and development performance, In addition, it attracts practical work which includes studying economic reality in order to explore a number of approaches and policies to improve economic and development performance.

العوامل المؤثرة في الهيكل المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية من وجهة نظر اسلامية - دراسة حالة عينة من المؤسسات المدرجة بالسوق المالي الماليزي خلال (2018-2020)-

الملخص: الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة بيان أثر محددات القرار التمويلي على نسبة الديون في الهيكل المالي وذلك بتطبيقها على المؤسسات المدرجة ببورصة ماليزيا، حيث تم أخذ عينة مكونة من 15 مؤسسة للفترة 2018-2020، وتم استخدام الأدوات الإحصائية لدراسة العلاقة بين محددات الهيكل التمويلي كتغيرات مستقلة، و نسبة الديون كمتغير تابع، وذلك باعتماد على برنامج SPSS، وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نسبة الديون و حجم النشاط، في حين لم يكن لباقي المتغيرات المفسرة للنموذج ( الربحية، معدل النمو، حجم السيولة، حجم المؤسسة) دلالة إحصائية في تفسير التغير الحاصل في نسبة الديون في الهيكل المالي. الكلمات المفتاحية : تمويل تقليدي ؛ تمويل اسلامي ؛ محددات هيكل التمويل ؛ نسبة الديون. تصنيف JEL : F30 ؛ G15 Abstract: This study aims to demonstrate the impact of the determinants of the financing decision on the debt ratio in the financial structure and to identify the factors affecting it by applying it to institutions listed on the Malaysian Stock Exchange, where a sample of 15 institutions was taken for the period 2018-2020, and statistical tools were used to study the relationship between the determinants of the financing structure as changes Independent, and the debt ratio as a dependent variable, based on the SPSS program, and one of the most important results reached by the study was the existence of a direct, statistically significant relationship between the debt ratio and the volume of activity, while the rest of the variables explaining the model (profitability, growth rate, The volume of liquidity, the size of the institution) is statistically significant in explaining the change in the debt ratio in the financial structure.
