تشخيص واقع نظام إدارة المؤسسات التعليمية ضمن المعايير الدولية الايزو 21001، -دراسة حالة جامعة 20أوت 1955سكيكدة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع نظام إدارة المؤسسات التعليمية ايزو21001 في جامعة 20 أوت 1955 سكيكدة، من خلال دراسة مدى تطبيق متطلبات هذا النظام. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأسلوب دراسة حالة واستمارة التقييم الذاتي كمصدر أولي لجمع البيانات وتحليل نقاط القوة والضعف، حيث تم اعتماد أسلوب الحصر الشامل على مجتمع الدراسة الذي قدر حجمه بـ84 فرد، والمقابلة الشخصية كأداة ثانوية. لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، تم الاستعانة بالطرق الإحصائية المناسبة لتحليل البيانات وتفسير النتائج. وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن درجة تطبيق متطلبات نظام إدارة المؤسسات التعليمية ايزو21001 بجامعة 20 أوت1955 سكيكدة متوسطة بنسبة 36,56%، مما يستوجب على الجامعة تحسين هذه النسبة أكثر للتوافق أكثر مع المتطلبات المعيارية العالمية . This study aims to diagnose the fact of the educational institutions management system ISO21001 University of 20 August 1955 Skikda, by studying the application of the requirements of this system. A descriptive analytical method, case study method and a check-list form were used as a primary source for data collection and analysis of strengths and weaknesses. The comprehensive survey method was based on the study population, which estimated at 84 individuals, and an interview as a secondary tool. To test the hypotheses of the study, appropriate statistical methods were used to analyze data and interpret results. Through this study, we concluded that the degree of application of the requirements of the educational institutions management system ISO 21001 at the University of August 20, 1955 Skikda is an average of 36,56%, which requires the university to improve this percentage further to comply more with international standard requirements.
