The Economic and Human Development Magazine is a biannual, non-profit, specialized scientific magazine. It is published and edited by Algeria's Economic and Human Development Laboratory, of ALI LOUNICI University - BLIDA 2 - This scientific magazine, aims at contributing to the development and dissemination of knowledge. It is dedicated to the dissemination of authentic scientific research in the economy, Economics and Finance, Business and Administrative Sciences, Business Administration, Accounting and International Management, Technology and Innovation, Marketing, Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management, Information Systems and Management, Tourism and Hotel Management. It aims also at disseminating sciences in its specialized context and its targets are graduate students, university professors and all researchers, whether in research or academic circles, government departments or economic institutions at the national and international levels. As well as the dissemination of economic data, to Arab, regional and international, and all that contribute at boosting the economic culture. Its management and business arbitration are supervised by a large number of researchers and experts in various fields of economics, trade and management sciences, from the country and from abroad. الملخص: Summary: The goal of this study is to demonstrate how organizations' success or failure in adopting modern management patterns is determined by the extent to which their human resources possess managerial skills at all administrative levels, including strategic intelligence. Previous research has shown that managers and employees in organizations must deal with the forces around them and the variables in order to discover new opportunities to accomplish business by developing unique strategies and programs to achieve outstanding performance. الملخص: تهدف هاته الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على أهم متغيرات التغيير الثقافي والتي لها تأثير في نجاح مشاريع التحول الرقمي, تتضمن الدراسة عرضا للجانب النظري حول الثقافة التنظيمية وأهميتها ودور التغيير الثقافي في بناء ثقافة تنظيمية رقمية تتماشى مع المتغيرات التكنولوجية الحاصلة، وجانب تطبيقي يتناول مدى استجابة المنظمة محل الدراسة و المتمثلة في وزارة التجارة بمختلف مديرياتها للمتغيرات المقترحة التي تساعدها في نجاح خطة التحول الرقمي لديها. تم جمع البيانات حول الممارسة التطبيقية لهذه المتغيرات عن طريق استبيان الكتروني تحصلنا من خلاله على 216 إجابة قمنا بمعالجتها باستخدام برنامج SPSS ، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر لبعض التغييرات كالتغيير الفني أو التكنولوجي، السلوكي والبيئي فيما غابت أهمية المتغيرات الأخرى كالتغيير الهيكلي و الوظيفي. Abstract: The aim of this research paper is to identify the most important variables of cultural change that have an impact on the success of digital transformation projects. The study represented by the Ministry of Commerce in its various directorates of the proposed variables that help it in the success of its digital transformation plan. Data was collected on the applied practice of these variables through an electronic questionnaire through which we obtained 216 answers that we processed using the SPSS program. The results of the study concluded that there is an impact of some changes such as technical or technological change, behavioral and environmental change, while the importance of other variables such as structural and functional change was absent Résumé : Ce document de recherche vise à identifier les variables les plus importantes du changement culturel qui ont un impact sur la réussite des projets de transformation numérique. L'étude représentée par le ministère du Commerce dans ses différentes directions des variables proposées qui l'aident dans la réussite de ses projets de transformation numérique. Des données ont été recueillies à l’aide d'un questionnaire électronique grâce auquel nous avons obtenu 216 réponses que nous avons traitées à l'aide du programme SPSS. Les résultats de l'étude ont révélé qu'il y a un impact de certains changements, tels que les changements techniques ou technologiques, comportementaux et environnementaux, tandis que l'importance d'autres variables telles que les changements structurels et fonctionnels était absente

The effect of the shift work system on the emergence of sleep disorders Which challenge for companies?

Résumé: Abstract: Sleep disorders and biological rhythms welt known in shift workers. They are largely due to disorder of the desynchronisation of the biological clock and the effects to a sleep deficit. This article aims to record chronobiological origin of sleep disorders and biological rhythms of night and shift work, using the chronobiological approach to treat this disorder. It addresses the measures adopted by the organizations for in the rehabilitation and the promotion of this category of workers through a multidisciplinary intervention, ergonomy, occupational medicine, occupational psychologist.

الملخص: ملخص:تعتبر المجالس الشعبية البلدية في الجزائر، من أهم الأجهزة الرسمية التي يشارك من خلالها المواطنين المحليين عن طريق ممثليهم المنتخبين، في إدارة مختلف الشؤون المحلية على مستوى البلديات، لاسيما في مجال التنمية المحلية التي تبقى الهدف الأساسي من إنشاء هذه المجالس. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه الجماعات الإقليمية في تحقيق التنمية المحلية، حيث تعتبر هذه الأخيرة من الأولويات التي تسعى مختلف الدول لتطبيقها وتحقيقها، لكونها أهم الأدوات التي تحقق الاستقرار والأمن، وهذا بفضل الجهود المبذولة من طرف الجماعات المحلية حيث تهدف التنمية المحلية إلى إشباع الحاجات الأساسية للأفراد. Abstract: In Algeria, the communal popular assemblies are considered as an important organ of the State, where the citizens take part in the management of the local businesses, primarily in the field of the local development which remains the primary goal of the creation of these assemblies. This study aimed to identify the role played by local and regional authorities in achieving local development which is considered one of the priorities that various countries seek to implement and achieve as they are the most important tools to achieve the stability and safety. This is mainly due to the efforts of local communities whose development aims to meet the basic needs of citizens. Résumé : En Algérie, les assemblées populaires communale sont considérées comme un important organe de l'Etat, où les citoyens participent à la gestion des affaires locales, essentiellement dans le domaine du développement locale qui reste le but primordiale de la création de ces assemblées. Cette étude visait à identifier le rôle que jouent les collectivités territoriales dans la réalisation du développement local qui est considéré comme l'une des priorités que divers pays cherchent à mettre en œuvre et à réaliser car ce sont les outils les plus importants pour parvenir à la stabilité et à la sûreté. Cela est dû principalement aux efforts déployés par les collectivités locales dont le développement vise à la satisfaction des besoins fondamentaux des citoyens.

The determinants of economic diversification in Algeria: an empirical approach

Résumé: The aim of this article is to identify the main determinants of export diversification in Algeria. To achieve this objective, we regress the export diversification indicator, measured succevely by the Herfindhal-Hirchman index, on a set explanatory variables. The results show that trade openness, competitive real exchange rate, credit provided to the private sector and gross fixed capital formation are the main determinants of export diversification in Algeria.

Résumé: This study aimed to explore Takaful insurance within Saudi Arabia, dissecting the elements that underpin its prosperity. It scrutinizes the market status and asset growth of Takaful insurance from 2018 to 2023, alongside both quantitative and qualitative evolutions within the Islamic and global spheres. Saudi Arabia has marked a substantial leap in the realm of Takaful insurance, corroborated by statistical data and international standings, fueled by diverse elements that bolstered its insurance premiums and fiscal solidity. Cette étude visait à explorer l'assurance Takaful en Arabie Saoudite, en analysant les éléments qui sous-tendent son prospérité. Elle examine la situation du marché et la croissance des actifs de l'assurance Takaful de 2018 à 2023, ainsi que les évolutions quantitatives et qualitatives dans les sphères islamique et mondiale. L'Arabie Saoudite a connu un bond considérable dans le domaine de l'assurance Takaful, corroboré par des données statistiques et des classements internationaux, alimenté par divers éléments qui ont renforcé ses primes d'assurance et sa solidité financière.

الملخص: This research paper delves into the critical importance of economic diversification for oil-reliant countries, particularly Algeria. It examines the profound impact of fluctuating oil prices on oil revenues and the subsequent inability of oil-dependent states to finance their economies. This underscores the need for oil-dependent countries to diversify their economies and seek alternative strategies to foster national economic growth. The paper presents case studies of countries that have made significant strides in economic diversification after relying on a single revenue source to draw valuable lessons from their successful experiences. Cette recherche vise à souligner l'importance capitale de la diversification économique pour les pays pétroliers, en particulier l'Algérie, face aux crises engendrées par la volatilité des prix du pétrole. La chute des revenus pétroliers met à mal la capacité de l'État à financer son économie, d'où la nécessité impérieuse de diversifier ses sources de revenus et de développer des stratégies alternatives Afin de diversifier l'économie nationale.L'étude présenté des expériences de pays ayant franchi des étapes significatives en matière de diversification économique après avoir longtemps dépendu d'une source unique de revenus pour avoir de bénéficier de ces expériences réussies. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تباين أهمية التوجه نحو التنويع الاقتصادي بالنسبة للدول النفطية ومن بينها الجزائر، لما يخلفه انخفاض أسعار النفط من أزمات ، وتأثير ذلك على تقلص الإيرادات النفطية وبالتالي عجز الدولة عن تمويل اقتصادها، ومن هنا تظهر ضرورة التوجه تنويع اقتصادها والبحث عن استراتيجيات بديلة من اجل التنويع في الاقتصاد الوطني, ومن خلال هذه الدراسة قدمنا تجارب عن دول قطعت شوطا مهما في مجال التنويع الاقتصادي بعدما كانت تعتمد على مصدر وحيد لإيراداتها ومحاولة الاستفادة من هذه التجارب الناجح.

الملخص: ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة العمل المصرفي الإسلامي في انجلترا عن طريق التأصيل والتحليل، من خلال التعرف على أهم أسباب التطور الايجابي للصيرفة الإسلامية فيها، وبالتالي التعرف على مختلف التحديات التي تقابل تطورها وانتشارها . وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة في الأخير أن الحكومة الانجليزية تهدف إلى جعل لندن مركزا عالميا للتمويل الإسلامي، من خلال اهتمامها الكبير بالمالية الإسلامية وتبني العديد من الإجراءات والتدابير التي من شأنها رفع معدلات الاستثمار في المملكة المتحدة عامة وانجلترا خاصة في مجال الاقتصاد الإسلامي. Abstract: This study examines Islamic banking in England through contextualization and analysis. It aims to identify the key reasons behind the positive evolution of Islamic banking in the country and, consequently, to understand the various challenges facing its development and expansion. The study's findings ultimately indicate that the British government aims to establish London as a global hub for Islamic finance. This is evidenced by its significant interest in Islamic finance and the adoption of various measures and initiatives aimed at increasing investment rates in the United Kingdom as a whole, and England in particular, in the field of Islamic economics.. Résumé : Cette étude examine le secteur bancaire islamique en Angleterre à travers une contextualisation et une analyse approfondies. Son objectif est d'identifier les principales raisons derrière son évolution positive, ainsi que de comprendre les différents défis auxquels elle est confrontée dans son développement et sa diffusion. Les conclusions de l'étude soulignent en définitive l'ambition du gouvernement britannique de faire de Londres un centre mondial de la finance islamique. Cette volonté se manifeste par un intérêt marqué pour la finance islamique et la mise en place de nombreuses mesures et initiatives visant à stimuler les taux d'investissement au Royaume-Uni dans son ensemble, et spécifiquement en Angleterre, dans le domaine de l'économie islamique.

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الوكالات السياحية في تسويق الوجهات السياحية بالجزائر، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي من خلال التطرق لمختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالموضوع، بالإضافة إلى الاستعانة بدراسة الحالة من خلال دراسة حالة وكالة أنوار الصباح للسياحة والأسفار. أهم النتائج التي انبثقت عن هذه الدراسة أن الوكالات السياحية في تزايد مستمر لها دور في بعث وتسويق الوجهات السياحية لكن ليس بالمستوى المطلوب، حيث أن أغلبها تنشط في تنظيم رحلات الحج والعمرة، إلا أن هناك القليل منها ينظم رحلات للداخل خاصة السياحة الصحراوية والحموية. The study aims to highlight the role of tourism agencies in marketing tourist destinations in Algeria. To achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive method was followed by addressing the various concepts related to the topic. We relied also on the case study strategy where we highlighted the case of Anouar El Sabah Travel and Tourism Agency. It was found that tourist agencies are constantly increasing and have a role in the revival and marketing of tourist destinations, but not at the required level, as most of them are active in organizing Hajj and Umrah trips, but there are few of them organizing trips to the interior, especially desert and thermal tourism

دور سلسلة فيمة القمح في تحقيق الأمن الغدائي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2021

الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى عرض المفاهيم الأساسية حول سلاسل القيمة الزراعية التي يمكن تعريفها بأنها مجموعة من الأنشطة والجهات الفاعلة المترابطة يتم تنظيمها عادة ًعلى شكل تسلسل من المراحل الأساسية وكذا عرض وتحليل واقع الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر من خلال نتائج مؤشر الأمن الغذائي العالمي GFSI. توصلنا إلى أن إعتماد الجزائر على سلاسل القيمة من أجل بلوغ أمن غذائي مستدام يحظى باهتمام كبير في جدول الأعمال الحالي بهدف تطوير النظم الزراعية الحالية وتنويع الصادرات وتلبية طلب سكانها المتزايد من منتجات القمح، وقد تحسن مؤشر GFSI لعام 2022 مقارنة بالسنوات السابقة إلا أن جهود الدولة لا تزال غير كافية لبلوغ مستوى الأمن الغذائي المنشود. The study aims to present the basic concepts of agricultural value chains, which can be defined as a set of interrelated activities and actors, usually organized in the form of a sequence of basic stages, as well as to present and analyze the reality of food security in Algeria through the results of the GFSI Global Food Security Index. We have found that Algeria's dependence on value chains to achieve sustainable food security is of great interest in the current agenda in order to develop current agricultural systems, diversify exports and meet the growing demand of its population for wheat products. The GFSI index for 2022 has improved compared to previous years, but the state's efforts are still insufficient to achieve the desired level of food security.
