الملخص
تهدف دراستنا الحالية إلى معرفة دور تفويض السلطة في زيادة دافعية الإنجاز لدى مديري المركبات الرياضية الجوارية لولاية برج بوعريرج-المسيلة،والتعرف على إن كانت توجد توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥ α) حول تفويض السلطة لدى مديري المركبات الرياضية الجوارية تعزى لمتغير كل من السن والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة،وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة متكونة من 20 مدراء للمركبات الرياضية الجوارية لولايتي برج بوعريريج-المسيلة،وتم اختيارها بطريقة المسح الشامل،وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبيان،وأهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥ α) حول تفويض السلطة لدى مديري المركبات الرياضية الجوارية تعزى لمتغير السن والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة،كما توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تفويض السلطة ودافعية الانجاز لدى مديري المركبات الرياضية الجوارية. Abstract: Our current study aims to know the role of delegation of authority in increasing the Achievement motivation of the managers of sports cars in neighborhoods in the Wilaya of Bordj Bou Arerrij-m’sila, and to identify whether there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≥0.05) about the delegation of authority of the managers of sporting complexes, due to each variable From age, academic qualification and years of experience, we have used the descriptive and analytical method on a sample of 20 managers of indoor sports complexes in the Wilaya of Bordj Bou Arerrij-m’sila, and they were chosen by the comprehensive survey method, and the study tool was represented in the questionnaire, and the most important results reached: There are statistically significant differences at a significant level of (0.05≥ α) On the delegation of authority to the managers of the sporting complexes, due to the variable of age, academic qualification and years of experience. There is also a statistically significant relationship between the delegation of authority and the Achievement motivation of the managers of the running sports complexes.
