التفكير الإيجابي وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للطور الثانوي-دراسة ميدانية لثانويات ولاية المسيلة

الملخص
نهدف من خلال دراستنا الى التعرّف على إذا ما كانت هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين التفكير الايجابي و مستوى الطموح لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في المرحلة الثانوية،والتعرف إن كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية لاستجابات أفراد العينة حول التفكير الإيجابي تعزى لمتغير الجنس و المؤهل العلمي،وسنوات الخبرة،وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي على عينة عشوائية قدرت بـ54 أستاذ وأستاذة في ثانويات ولاية المسيلة،حيث تم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان،وتوصلنا في دراستنا إلى مايلي: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين التفكير الايجابي و مستوى الطموح لدي أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بثانويات ولاية المسيلة،*- توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية لاستجابات أفراد العينة حول التفكير الإيجابي تعزى لمتغير كل من الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي*- توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية لاستجابات أفراد العينة حول التفكير الإيجابي تعزى لمتغير وسنوات الخبرة. Abstract: Our study aims to identifying whether a correlation exists positive thinking and the level of ambition level of secondary education teachers of physical and sports, and to know the statistically significant differences-attributed to the variables of gender, scientific qualification, and years of experience - between the responses of the sample members about positive thinking. Following the descriptive approach, the researchers distributed a questionnaire to a random sample of 54 secondary education teachers of physical and sports education from M’sila, where the questionnaire form was used, and we reached in our study the following: The obtained results were as follows: A statistically significant correlation exists between positive thinking and the ambition level of secondary-education teachers of the physical and sports education from M’sila.There were also statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of gender, scientific qualification and years of experience between the responses of the sample members about positive thinking Keywords: Positive thinking; level of ambition; teachers of physical education and sports; Secondary Education Level.
