مقاصد الشريعة وعلاقتها بمداخل التغير الاجتماعي

الملخص
يعتبر التغير سنة الحياة، وهذا ما يعني أن التغير الاجتماعي يمس الأنظمة الاجتماعية ككل، وفي هذا السياق نشير إلى وجود علاقة بين الدين والتغير الاجتماعي وهي مسألة أساسية في فهم وإيضاح الحياة الدينية والاجتماعية، وعليه نركز في هذه المقالة على مفهوم التغير الاجتماعي من منظور إسلامي. ففي الجزء الأول من المقالة قدمنا تعريف للتغير الاجتماعي ومقاصد الشريعة. وفي الجزء الثاني تطرقنا إلى التعريف بأهمية مصادر الفكر الإسلامي في تفسير ظاهرة التغير الاجتماعي. وفي الأخير، عرضنا العلاقة الموجودة بين مقاصد الشريعة ومداخل التغير الاجتماعي. Change as the destiny of humanity, In this sense, social change refers to rooted and permanent changes in society's structure and the established social system. In this context, the relationship between religion and social change is an essential issue in understanding and significating religious and social life. The article focused on concept social change from the perspective of islam. In the first part of the article we have presented difinition of the social change and purposes of Shariaa. The second parts of article aims identifying the importance of sources in Islamic thought explaining social change. Finally, we have presented the relationship between social change and purposes of Shariaa.
