الملخص
لقد أصبح الاهتمام بحقوق الإنسان من السمات المميزة للعصر الحالي، والتي تشكلت من خلال سلسلة من الاتفاقيات الدولية والإقليمية والوطنية لجعل ممارسة قيم حقوق الإنسان حقيقة وواقعية في الحياة اليومية. وفي هذا السياق ، تمثل الخطط العربية تأسيس مشترك لتعزيز ثقافة حقوق الإنسان في الدول العربية ، بما ينسجم مع استراتيجية شاملة تتضمن عدة طرق لتعزيز ونشر هذه الثقافة من أجل مساعدة الطبقات الاجتماعية والأفراد والجماعات والمؤسسات وتتلخص هذه الطرق فيما يلي: - التربية على حقوق الإنسان. - التوعية بحقوق الإنسان. وخلاصة القول، إن حقوق الإنسان في الدول العربية هي نظرية أكثر منها واقعية. The concern with human rights has become one of the distinguishing features of the present age, given form by a series of international, regional and national initiatives to make the practice of human rights values a reality in daily life. Within this context, the Arab plan represents a joint Arab foundation for fostering the culture of human rights in Arab countries, in line with a comprehensive strategy of several ways of strengthening this culture in order to help social classes, individuals, groups and institutions. To spread and further the culture of human rights through the following approaches: -Human rights education. -Human rights awareness. The conclusion is that human rights in the Arab countries are more theory than reality.
