الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذا المقال معرفة مفهوم 'الآخر' في الديانتين اليهودية والمسيحية، فالديانة اليهودية نجدها تنظر إلى الآخر من فكرة أنهم شعب الله المختار، ففي نصوص التلمود مثلا نجدها تتضمن العداء والعنصرية تجاه الآخرين. في حين نجد الديانة المسيحية تنظر للآخر انطلاقا من فكرة المحبة، فالعلاقة مع الآخر مبنية على قاعدة المحبة باعتبار أن الإنسان خلق على صورة الله في القداسة والسلطة والقوة وهذا ما يعني أن محبة الآخر هي محبة الله ذاتها. this article aims at unveiling the concept of ‘the other’ in both Judaism and Christianity. In Judaism ‘the other’ is regarded in comparison to the fact that the jews are god’s chosen people, in the Talmud for instance, texts deal with hostility and racism towards the others. In Christianity, ‘the other’ is considered according to love, the relationship is built on the basis of love, taking in to account that man is created in the divine image of sanctity , power and strength, and this means that loving ‘the other’ is itself loving god.
