مفهوم الديمقراطية في الفكر الإسلامي (مقاربة نظرية). The Concept Of Democracy In Islamic Thought (theoretical Approach)

الملخص

نتناول في هذا المقال علاقة الديمقراطية بالإسلام التي نبرز من خلالها اختلاف وتضارب آراء المفكرين والعلماء المسلمين حول أصل ومعنى الديمقراطية، وبهذا نجد اتجاهين: -الاتجاه الأول: يرى أن الديمقراطية تنافي مبادئ وقيم الدين الإسلامي أمثال سيد قطب والمودودي، أي أن هذا الاتجاه يرفض الديمقراطية والحداثة. -الاتجاه الثاني: يقوده حسن حنفي، محمد عمارة وحسن البنا والذين يرون أن الديمقراطية تتلاءم مع الإسلام، وأنها ذات أصل إسلامي ذلك لأن الديمقراطية كالشورى. ووفقا لذلك، نجد اختلاف في ممارسة الديمقراطية عند الحركات الإسلامية فمثلا حركة ا لنهضة التونسية قبلت بالديمقراطية، أما 'الجبهة الإسلامية للإنقاذ' بالجزائر فقد مزجت بين الدين والسياسة. The article aims to reveal the relationship between Islam and democracy. This led to the following question : what is the nature of the relationship between Islam and democracy? in this context ,The article presents Two directions are: First direction : Sayyid Qutb categorizes democracy within the framework of Dar al-Kufr that lacks any adaptation and compatibility with Islamic state in terms of ontological and epistemological issues. Therefore, the compatibility between Islam and democracy is impossible. The second direction : Muslim scholars(Hassan Hanafi - Mohamed Amara - Hassan Al Banna) agree that the principle of shura is the source of democratic ethics in Islam. In considering the compatibility of Islam and democracy. Accordingly, there is a difference in the practice of democracy in the Islamic movements, for example the Tunisian Renaissance Movement accepted democracy, while the Islamic Salvation Front in Algeria has confused religion and politics.
