الملخص

الملخص: تحاول هذه الدراسة التركيز على التوجهات الصينية نحو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والتي تعتبر منطقة نفوذ أمريكية، وذلك من خلال تبيان واقع العلاقات الاقتصادية بين الصين وتلك الدول، مع التركيز على أهمية البعد الطاقوية في تلك العلاقات، خاصة في ظل سعي الصيني إلى توسيع مصالحها العالمية، حيث أولت اهتماما بمنطقة الخليج، نظرا لكون هذه المنطقة من المحتمل أن تكون نقطة التقاء الحزام الاقتصادي المعروف بـ "طريق الحرير البري والبحري للقرن الـواحد والعشرين"، والتي من شأنها أن تقود العلاقات الاقتصادية في العالم إلى النمو زيادة فرص الشراكة والتعاون. Abstract : This study examines the Chinese orientations towards the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, which constitute in combination an American sphere of influence. The reality of economic relations between China and these countries is to be analyzed, with a focus on the importance of the energy aspect of these relations. As a result of China’s quest to expand its global interests, the Gulf region has a special status in its foreign policy agenda, given the fact that this region is more likely to be the meeting point of the economic belt known as the "Land and Maritime Silk Road of the Twenty-first Century," which would generate global economic grow and increase opportunities for partnership and cooperation.
