Impact du capital Relationnel sur la performance des entreprises algériennes

Résumé: Le capital relationnel est l’une des composantes essentielles de la richesse immatérielle de l’entreprise. Il désigne le segment de la valeur d’une firme attribuable à la valeur des relations qu’elle entretient avec l’ensemble de ses partenaires d’affaires à savoir ses clients, ses fournisseurs, ses actionnaires et la société et l’environnement ou elle vit. Notre travail a pour ambition de dimensionner ce volet relationnel dans le système comptable et financier algérien pour pouvoir ensuite estimer une fonction de production qui le considérer comme facteur de production à coté du facteur matériel et humain et mesurer enfin son impact sur la performance d’un échantillon de grandes entreprises algériennes.

الملخص: إن سعي الجزائر إلى تنظيم الخدمات التوليدية، من خلال رصد جميع الإمكانيات التقنية الرامية إلى توفير الرعاية الطبية اللازمة للوافدات ، يقابله قصور في التشريع المنظم لمهنة القبالة وتحديدا ما يتعلق بضبط مهام القابلات ،مما يجعلهن يتحملن المسؤولية الكاملة ،إذا ما حدث وتوبعن من قبل أهالي الحوامل.Algeria’s endeavor to regulate obstetric services, by monitoring all technical possibilities aimed at providing the necessary medical care to female immigrants, is offset by shortcomings in the legislation regulating the midwifery profession, specifically with regard to controlling the tasks of midwives, which makes them bear full responsibility, if it happens and they are followed by the families of pregnant women .

الملخص: الملخص: يهدف البحث للتعرف على أساليب إدارة الصراع التنظيمي المستخدمة من طرف القياديين بالعيادة المتعددة الخدمات ملوي ايدابير بتامنغست، حيث تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 57 عامل من العاملين بهاته المؤسسة من كل الفئات المهنية (أطباء، شبه طبيين وإداريين)، وتم الاعتماد على الاستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات الخاصة بالدراسة، وخلصت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: - وجود عدة أساليب يلجأ لها القياديين بالمؤسسة لتسوية النزاعات والصراعات القائمة بين العمال. - أبرزت الدراسة أن المتغيرات الديمغرافية لعينة الدراسة لها علاقة في أسلوب تسوية الخلافات التنظيمية. Abstract: The research aims to identify the organizational conflict management methods used by the leaders of the multi-service clinic, Mallawi Idaber, Tamanghasset, where the study was conducted on a sample of 57 workers in this institution from all professional categories (doctors, paramedics and administrators), and the questionnaire was relied upon as a tool To collect data for the study, the study concluded the following results: - There are several methods used by the leaders of the establishment to settle disputes and conflicts between workers. - The study showed that the demographic variables of the study sample have a relationship in the method of settling organizational disputes.

الملخص: يعتبر مفهومي المقاولاتية الاجتماعية والتنمية المستدامة مفهومين حديثين من حيث النشأة الأكاديمية، لكنهما قديمين من حيث الممارسة الامبريقية، احتلا الأجندات الدولية والخطابات السياسية والبرامج الوطنية والاستراتيجية المحلية، من منطلق أهميتهما الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية في ازدهار المجتمعات الإنسانية. تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى الوقوف على مفهوم المقاولاتية الاجتماعية باعتبارها المجال الذي تتشارك فيه كل من المقاولاتية والتنمية المستدامة من منظور البعد الاجتماعي، وتحديد أهم الاسهامات التي تؤديها المقاولاتية الاجتماعية في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة المرتبطة بالبعد الاجتماعي، وتوصلت الورقة البحثية إلى أن المقاولاتية الاجتماعية تلعب أدوارا حاسمة ومتباينة في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة المتعلقة بالبعد الاجتماعي: القضاء على الفقر، القضاء على الجوع وتوفير الأمن الغذائي، ضمان تعليم جيد ومنصف وشامل، وتمكين النساء. The concepts of social entrepreneurship and sustainable development are modern concepts in terms of academic origin, but they are old concepts in terms of empirical practice, occupying international agendas, political discourses, national and local strategic programs, based on their economic, social and environmental importance in the prosperity of societies. The research paper aims to identify the concept of social entrepreneurship as the field in which both entrepreneurship and sustainable development share from the perspective of the social dimension. In addition to identify the most important contributions that social entrepreneurship plays in achieving sustainable development goals related to the social dimension. The paper concluded that social entrepreneurship plays decisive and differentiated roles in achieving the dimensions of sustainable development related to the social dimension : Eradicate poverty, eradicate hunger and provide food security, ensure quality, equitable and inclusive education, and empower women.

الملخص: سعى العلماء و البحثة لإيجاد حلول تصلح النحو وتيسره للطلبة والناشئة، بعدما أُكثِرتْ في كتب النحاة الألغازُ والجدال الفلسفي بطرق مختلفة، وألفوا في ذلك كتباً، تضم أفكارهم عن التجديد بإلغاء العامل والإعراب والتأويل وغيرها. ومن هؤلاء شيخنا سيدي محمد بن بادي حيث كان يميل إلى التجديد بطريقته، فلم يلغِ العامل ولا الإعراب ولا التعليل، وإنما كان يمضي في مسيرة التيسير بوضع المنظومات والمختصرات النحوية، مبتعدا عن الخلافات والعلل القياسية والجدلية بغيةَ تقريب الفائدة من الباحثين عنها.
