السبل القانونية لمكافحة الهجرة غير الشرعية للأفارقة

الملخص
ملخص: للهجرة المنظمة مردوداً إيجابياً كبيراً، سواء على المجتمعات المُهاجَر منها أو المُهاجَر إليها بما في ذلك نقل المهارات وإثراء الثقافات، لكن بقدر ما يسهم المهاجرون في بناء المجتمعات المستضيفة، بقدر ما يمثل ذلك خسارة موارد بشريّة للدول المُهاجَر منها. كما أن الهجرة قد تتسبب في خلق توترات سياسيّة أو اقتصاديّة أو اجتماعيّة في البلدان المُهاجَر إليها، وهو ما جعل موضوع الهجرة غير الشّرعيّة ينتقل إلى صدارة الاهتمامات الوطنيّة والدوليّة، وأصبحت الهجرة الوافدة من المسائل المقلقة في عدد متزايد من البلدان، الأمر الذي حدا بهذه البلدان، لاسيما في السنوات الأخيرة إلى تشديد الإجراءات تجاه المهاجرين إليها وطالبي حق اللجوء بأشكاله. Abstract: There are multiple causes of the illegal immigration, and the increase of the immigrants’ number, especially in from the third world countries, the main reasons of this phenomenon are, the lack of job opportunities and the huge difference between those countries and the rich ones, which has been confirmed by the U.N reports. This phenomenon remains even more complicated being hidden and pervasive worldwide, it appeared under immigrants’ circumstances counting my country, it became number one concern worldwide and a research topic in many conferences, security, and political seminars in the search of mechanisms and measures to eliminate illegal immigration.
