"The Al-BASSAER Journal of law and Economic Studies is an international journal published by the Faculty of Law at Bouchaib Belhadj Ain Temouchent University. It focuses on publishing innovative research conducted by scholars in the scientific fields related to legal issues, aiming to enrich and promote scientific research in this context. The journal addresses legal challenges that arise in the legal domain, analyzing them using modern scientific methodologies.
The scientific vision behind the establishment of this journal is to facilitate the publication process for the benefit of faculty members, particularly those of the institute, as well as researchers in general. This aims to streamline and expedite the publication procedures, enhancing the pace of scientific research in line with the academic standards within this framework."
مجلة البصائر للدراسات القانونية والاقتصادية هي مجلة دولية تصدر عن كلية الحقوق لجامعة بوشعيب بلحاج عين تموشنت تهتم بنشر البحوث المبتكرة والّتي يعدّها الباحثون في المجـالات العلميّة المتعلّقة بالقضايا القانونية من أجل إثراء وتنمية البحث العلمي في هذه الإطار- معالجة الإشكالات القانونية التي تطرأ في المجال القانوني وتحليلها وفق المناهج العلمية الحديثة. وتأتي الرؤية العلمية في تأسيس هذه المجلة بهدف تسهيل عملية النشر لصالح الأساتذة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالمعهد بشكل خاص والباحثين الجامعيين بشكل عام، وذلك من أجل تسهيل وتسريع إجراءات عملية النشر، وتحسين وتيرة البحث العلمي بما يتلاءم مع الشروط العلمية في هذا الإطار.
