الملخص
إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة يتمحور حول معرفة أساسيات التعليم الإلكتروني، ومعرفة بعض النماذج والتجارب العربية والدولية الرائدة فيه وأهم متطلبات تطبيقه، حيث أن العالم شهد ثورة معلوماتية كانت تكنولوجيات الاتصال والاعلام العامل الأساسي في هذه التحولات والتغيرات، والتي لحقت بالعديد من المجالات بالخصوص قطاع التربية والتعليم، ويشكل بروز التعليم عن بعد أحد انعكاسات استخدامات التكنولوجيا في المجال التعليمي الذي نقلع من الشكل التقليدي، والتعليم الإلكتروني كأحد الأنماط المتطورة لما يسمى بالتعليم عن بعد، الذي يعتمد أساساً على تكنولوجيا الحاسوب ووسائطها التخزينية، وتكنولوجيا الشبكات في نقل المعارف والمهارات، ويجمع كل الأشكال الإلكترونية للتعليم والتعلم، أصبح سمة من سمات الدول المتقدمة، وقد عرفت الدول العربية والجزائر هذا النمط من التعليم مؤخراً مع دخول الانترنت إليها وإتاحتها للمؤسسات والأفراد لاستعمالها في الأغراض الاجتماعية والتعليمية. The aim of this study revolves around knowledge of the basics of e-learning, knowledge of some of the leading Arab and international models and experiences in it and the most important requirements for its application, as the world witnessed an information revolution, communication and media technologies were the main factor in these transformations and changes, which have affected many areas in the education sector the emergence of distance education is one of technology in the implications of the uses of technology in the educational field, which we remove from the traditional form, and e-learning as one of the evolving patterns of one of the evolving patterns which of so-called distance education, which depends mainly on computer technology and media its storage, networking technology in transferring knowledge and skill, and combines all electronic forms orning, has teaching and learning, has become a feature of developed countries, and Arab and Algerian countries, and Arab and Algerian countries have recently known this type of education with the entry of the entry of the internet to it and making it available for institutions and individuals use in social and educational purposes.
