الملخص

تهدف الدراسة الى تحديد والوقوف على الأسباب الحقيقية التي أدت إلى تعزيز مكانة البحث والتطوير من دولة إلى أخرى وتحديد أهم الآليات التي تستخدمها الدول في اسقاط هذه البحوث على الجانب الميداني واستغلالها في دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية، حيث نركز في هذه الدراسة الى تحديد البيئة التي تنشط فيها هذه البحوث، العوامل التي ساعدتها في كتساب المهارات والخبرات الكافية وأهم الأسباب التي ساهمت في نجاحها وتعزيز دورها في بناء المجتمع، في ظل المتطلبات البيئية التي تتميز بطابع تنافسي حاد. The study aims to identify and identify the real reasons that led to the strengthening of the status of research and development from one country to another and to identify the most important mechanisms that countries use to drop this research on the field side and use it to advance economic development, as we focus in this study on defining the environment in which it is active This research, the factors that helped it acquire adequate skills and experience and the most important reasons that contributed to its success and strengthening its role in building society, in light of the environmental requirements that are characterized by a sharp competitive nature.
