الملخص
ملخص :شكلت الازمة الصحية الناجمة عن كوفيد 2019 بمختلف تداعياتها على القطاعات الحيوية والتنموية ،بما في ذلك قطاع التعليم ،أحد أهم المواضيع التي استقطبت اهتمام الباحثين وصناع القرار بحثا عن أنجع البدائل التعليمية لضمان استمرارية عمل المرافق التعليمية بالتزامن مع ارتفاع معدلات تفشي الوباء واستمرارية الحجر المنزلي على مدى سنتين من الزمن ،ما أدى الى التفكير في تفعيل الوسائط الالكترونية تكيفا مع الوضع الصحي وتطوراته ،وسعيا لتفادي شبح السنوات الدراسية البيضاء وعواقبها الوخيمة ،تهدف هذه الورقة الى معالجة أهمية ودور التعليم الالكتروني في ضمان استمرارية العلمية التعليمية أنواعه فاعليته على مستوى تجارب عالمية ومحلية ،وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان استخدام هذه الوسائط أصبح ضرورة حتمية فرضتها الازمة الوبائية لضمان استمرارية العملية التعليمة وتفرضه متطلبات المجتمعات الرقمية مستقبلا لكن نجاحها في المجال التعليمي لاسيما على مستوى الدول النامية مرهون بتجاوز جملة من التحديات متعددة الابعاد Abstract;. The health crisis caused by COVID- 2019 and its various consequences for the vital and development sectors education sector, one of the most important topics that attracted the attention of researchers and decision makers in search of the most effective educational alternatives to ensure the continuity of the operation of educational facilities in conjunction with high epidemic rates and the continuity of home quarantine over two years which led to the thought of activating electronic media in order to adapt to the state of health and its developments, In order to avoid the spectre of white school years and their severe consequences, this paper aims to address the importance and role of e-education in ensuring the continuity of educational science and its effectiveness at the level of global and local experiences, The study found that the use of these media has become an imperative imposed by the epidemiological crisis to ensure the continuity of the educational process and impose the requirements of digital societies in the future, but their success in the field of education, particularly at the level of developing countries, depends on overcoming a number of multidimensional challenge
