الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عما إذا كانت هناك حاجة الى وجود طرف ثالث (وسيط) يساعد التلميذ في تسوية خلافاته. معرفة الاشخاص المهمين الذين يلجأ إليهم التلميذ في تسوية خلافاته. التعرف على صفاتهم؛ معرفة اهداف لجوء التلميذ للطرف ثالث عندما يواجه خلافا؛ معرفة ما إذا كان وجود طرف ثالث متخصص في مجال الوساطة ضروريا في المؤسسة؛ اجريت على عينة من تلاميذ التعليم المتوسط بولاية تيزي وزو، بلغ حجمها (130فردا)؛ استخدم استبيان لجمع البيانات اعِدّت من طرف الباحثان؛ وقد اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي الذي يصف الظاهرة كما هي في الواقع؛ وقد اسفرت نتائج الدراسة على: وجود حاجة إلى طرف ثالث لتسوية الخلافات لدى التلاميذ؛ الأشخاص هم الوالدين ثم أحد الاخوة بعد ذلك الأساتذة؛ يتصف هؤلاء الأشخاص بالصدق ثم التفهم؛ تليها صفة الثقة؛ يلجأ التلاميذ إلى شخص ثالث بهدف تسوية خلافاتهم ثم للحصول على المساندة الاجتماعية بعدها لكسب الثقة والتعاطف ان مستوى حاجة التلاميذ لوجود طرف ثالث متخصص في مجال الوساطة لتسوية خلافاتهم مرتفع. Abstract: The study aimed to discover whether there is a need for a third party (mediator) to assist the student in settling his disputes. Knowing the important people that the student resorts to in settling his disputes. recognize their characteristics; Knowing the goals of the student’s resort to a third party when he encounters a dispute; Find out whether the presence of a third party specialized in the field of mediation is necessary in the institution; It was conducted on a sample of middle school students in the governorate of Tizi Ouzou, the size of which was (130 individuals); A data collection form prepared by the two researchers was used. He relied on the descriptive approach, which resulted in: the existence of a need for a third party to settle disputes among students; The people are the parents, then one of the brothers, then the teachers; These people are honest and then understanding; followed by the adjective trust; Students resort to a third person in order to settle their differences and then to obtain social support after that to gain trust and sympathy.
