The Algerian Journal of Research and Studies is a non-profit , peer-reviewed, international journal specialized in human and social sciences, published in both paper and electronic format .Our open-access journal is published four times a year (Quarterly; March, June, September, December) in Arabic, English and French by the University of Mohamed Seddik Ben Yahia- Jijel. This journal strives to live up to the aspirations of the Algerian, Arab and international universities by making it an informative and discussion forum featuring serious and original studies and pieces of research are published. thus providing a scientific added value in the research domain of human and social sciences. The Journal is committed to publishing papers which raise issues and tackle scientific problems that are related to the major and timely concerns of Academic research in our domain.Our overall aim is to contribute to advancing knowledge in our broad domain of expertise-the human and social sciences- and to create, advance ,and share world knowledge in research academia. Special thanks should go to all those who have contributed or will contribute to the continuity and thriving of our journal. Needless to say that the opinions expressed in the papers and articles published herein do not necessarily reflect the views of the journal.

إعلان عن استقبال المقالات

تعلن هيئة تحرير المجلة الجزائرية للأبحاث والدراسات عن فتح المجال لاستقبال مقالات جديدة في الحقول البحثية التي تدخل ضمن تخصصها، كما تنوه السادة المؤلفين إلى أن عدد جانفي 2024 سيكون مخصصا للمقالات المحررة باللغة الإنكليزية.

Call For Papers

The ”ALGERIAN JOURNAL OF RESEARCH AND STUDIES” is pleased to invite researchers and scholars who wish to publish their scientific research papers and articles in its areas of interest of the above cited domains and disciplines, and we, hereby, inform authors that the submitted articles of the number of January 2024 , should be written in English.

La revue " Journal algérien des recherches et d'études" a le plaisir de vous inviter à contribuer à travers l’ouverture de la réception de nouveaux articles inclus dans les centres d’intérêt de la revue, il est noté également aux auteurs que le numéro du janvier 2024 sera réservé uniquement aux articles rédigés en langue anglaise.

1- المطلوب من المؤلفين الراغبين في إرسال مقالاتهم للنشر في المجلة تحميل ''تعليمات للمؤلف'' و ''دليل المؤلف'' وقراءتهما جيدا والإلتزام بما جاء في محتواهما.

1- It is requested to the authors wishing to send their articles for publishing in the journal, to download “Instructions for authors” and “Guide for authors”, read them carefully and respect their contents.

1- Il est demandé aux auteurs désirant envoyer leurs articles en vue de publication dans la revue, de télécharger « instructions aux auteurs » et « guide pour les auteurs », les lire attentivement et respecter ce qui est mentionné dans leurs contenus.

2- تحرير مقالهم ضمن قالب المجلة كشرط ضروري لقبوله شكلا قبل تحويله للتحكيم.

2- Edit their article according to the template of the journal, as an essential condition to accept it on the form, before to be transmitted for evaluation.

2- Rédiger leur article selon le template (Modèle) du journal, en tant que condition nécessaire pour l’accepter sur la forme avant de le transmettre à l’évaluation.

3- يتوجب على المؤلف أن يحترم عند تسجيل مقاله التأكد من صحة البيانات التالية: التأكد من مطابقة عنوان مقاله مع العنوان الموجود في الملف المرسل، كتابة إسم ولقب المؤلف (ين) بشكل صحيح، تسجيل عنوان مقاله باللغة التي كتب بها مؤلفه (م) ومخبر الإنتماء إن وجد، التأكد من الكتابة الصحيحة للبريد الإلكتروني (المهني إن وجد) للمؤلف (ين) ومؤسسة إنتماءه (م)، الحرص على أن يكون البريد الإلكتروني المسجل على المنصة هو نفسه المسجل في ملف المقال المرسل.

3- The author must respect when he submit his article, to ensure the confirmation of the following information: check the conformity of the title of his article with the title of the sent file. Write the author’s name and surname correctly. Register the article’s title with the language in which the article was written and the affiliation laboratory if any. To make sure that the E-mail of the author has been written correctly (Professional mail if any), as well as his affiliation institution. Ensure that the email registered on the platform must be identical to the one which written in the sent article file.

3- L’auteur doit respecter lors de la soumission de son article, l’exactitude des données suivantes : vérifier la conformité du titre de son article avec celui qui figure sur le fichier envoyé, écrire le (s) nom (s) et le (s) prénom (s) de (s) auteur (s) correctement, enregistrer le titre de son article en langue de rédaction dudit article ainsi que le laboratoire d’affiliation s’il y aura lieu, confirmer à mentionner correctement l’adresse électronique ( E-mail institutionnel s’il y’aura lieu) de (s) auteur (s), ainsi que l’établissement d’affiliation, veiller et s’assurer que l’adresse électronique mentionnée sur la plateforme est identique à celle qui est mentionnée sur le fichier de l’article soumis.

4- يتوجب على أصحاب المقالات العلمية المحررة باللغة الإنكليزية أو الفرنسية ضمان سلامتها اللغوية والأسلوبية قبل إرسالها لأن المقالات المكتوبة بلغة أجنبية غير سليمة لا تقبل للنشر.

4- Scientific articles written in English or French must be well checked and examined in term of language and style before submission, because all articles written in foreign language found to be incorrect, will not be accepted for publication.

4- Les articles scientifiques rédigés en langue française ou anglaise doivent être bien vérifiés au niveau de la langue et du style avant de les soumettre, vu que tout article rédigé en langue étrangère avec une langue jugée incorrecte, entraine le rejet dudit article pour la publication.

5- لا يحق للمؤلف (ين) إرسال أكثر من مقال في المجلد الواحد (يتضمن كل مجلد أربعة أعداد تنشر على طول السنة).

5- Author (s) has (ve) no right to send more than one article in one folder ( each folder contains four numbers, which will be published throughout the year).

5- L (es) auteur (s) n’a (ont) pas le droit d’envoyer plus d’un seul article dans le même dossier (chaque dossier porte quatre numéros, qui seront publiés au long de l’année).

6- على المؤلفين من خارج الجزائر إرسال مقالاتهم عبر صفحة المجلة على المنصة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية(ASJP) عبر الرابط الموالي وليس عبر البريد الإلكتروني للمجلة أو لرئيس التحرير أو لأحد أعضاء هيئة التحرير: https://www.asjp.cerist.dz/en/submission/490

6- Authors from outside Algeria must send their articles via the journal page on the Scientific Journals Algerian Platform (ASJP), by the following link, and not via the E-mail of the journal or to the editor on chief or other members of editorial staff: https://www.asjp.cerist.dz/en/submission/490

6- Les auteurs hors du territoire algérien doivent envoyer leurs articles via la page de la revue sur la plateforme algérienne des revues scientifiques (ASJP), par le lien suivant, et n’est pas via l’adresse électronique de la revue ou à l’éditeur en chef ou autre membre du comité de rédaction : https://www.asjp.cerist.dz/en/submission/490

7- تسند المقالات العلمية المقبولة شكلا لمراجعين (2) متخصصين على الأقل، يكونان من خارج مؤسسة إنتماء صاحب المقال وتتخذ هيئة التحرير قرارها بقبول المقال للنشر بناءا على قراراتهم الموضحة في الجدول:

7- Accepted scientific articles on the form will be affected to two experts specialists reviewers at least , from outside the affiliation institution of the author, then, the editorial board will make a decision according to the following table:

7- Les articles scientifiques acceptés sur la forme (respectant le template) seront affectés à deux évaluateurs spécialistes au minimum, ces derniers devront être d’un établissement d’affiliation hors de celui de l’auteur de l’article, le comité de rédaction prendra décision par la suite sur l’acceptation de l’article pour la publication conformément à leurs décisions indiquées dans le tableau ci-dessous :

8- قبول المقال للنشر لا يعني صدوره بالضرورة في العدد الموالي مباشرة وإنما يكون بحسب ضرورات النشر (عدد المقالات المقرر نشرها، تاريخ إرسال المقالات المقبولة للنشر).

8- if the article is accepted for publication, doesn’t means that it will appear necessarily in the next number directly, but it will be according to the necessities of publication (numbers of articles due to be published, date of sending of the accepted articles for publication).

8- L’acceptation de l’article pour la publication, ne signifie pas obligatoirement sa parution dans le numéro suivant, mais il sera être publié selon les nécessités de la publication (nombre d’articles qui seront publiés, date d’envoi des articles acceptés pour la publication).

9- في حالة قبول المقال بتحفظات صغيرة أو كبيرة، تمنح لصاحب المقال مهلة 3 أشهر لتصويب مقاله، وفي حالة انقضاء المهلة الممنوحة له دون قيامه بالتعديلات المطلوبة يتم التراجع عن قبول مقاله ثم رفضه مباشرة.

9- In case of acceptation of the article with minor or major revisions, a period of 3 months will be offered to the author to correct his article. In case of the above-mentioned deadline expires without any requested modifications are done, an annulation of his article acceptation will be applied, and then it will be automatically rejected.

9- Dans le cas d’acceptation de l’article avec révisions mineures ou majeures, un délai de 3 mois sera attribué à l’auteur en vue de rectifier son article, et dans le cas de l’expiration du délai accordé sans effectuer les modifications nécessaires, cela entrainera l’annulation d’accepter son article et de le rejeter automatiquement.

10. في حالة طلب المراجعين من صاحب المقال تعديل عنوان مقاله، يتوجب عليه تدوين العنوان الجديد في خانة "تفاصيل المقال" وذلك تفاديا للإختلاف بين العنوان المدون في متن المقال وذلك الذي سيظهر في صفحة العدد على المنصة.

10- In case of requesting title’s modification of the article from the author by reviewers, he must register the new title in the checkbox “ details of article”, in order to avoid the difference between the title written in the body and the one that it will appear in the page of the number on platform.

10- Dans le cas où les évaluateurs demanderont de l’auteur à effectuer une modification du titre de son article, il devra enregistrer le nouveau titre dans l’onglet « détails de l’article », cela, permettant d’éviter l’incohérence entre le titre mentionné dans le corps de l’article et celui qui apparaitra dans la page du numéro sur la plateforme.

11- في حالة قبول المقال للنشر من قبل المراجعين تتم مراسلة صاحب المقال من أجل ملأ خطاب التعهد (بعدم نشر المقال في مجلة أخرى وأصالة المعلومات التي يتضمنها) وإرساله، وفي حالة عدم قيامه بذلك يتم التراجع عن قبول المقال بعد انقضاء شهر من مراسلة صاحبه.

11- In case of acceptation of the article for publication by the reviewers, the author shall be contacted in order to fill out the letter of undertaking ( don’t publish the article in an other journal, furthermore the originality of information it contains) and send it. In case of failure to do so, the publication of the article is undone after the expiry of the duration of one month from the date of author’s correspondence.

11- Dans le cas d’acceptation de l’article pour la publication par les évaluateurs, l’auteur sera communiqué pour qu’il puisse remplir la lettre d’engagement (de ne pas publier l’article dans une autre revue ainsi que l’originalité des informations contenues) et de renvoyer, et dans le cas contraire, cela entrainera l’annulation d’acceptation de son article après un délai d’un mois à compter de la date notification.

12- لا يحق لصاحب المقال طلب إضافة إسم مؤلف آخر، أو إسم مخبر أو معلومات أو تصحيح هفوات إملائية بعد انتهاء عملية تقييم المقال وقبوله للنشر.

12- The author has no right to request to add either other author, a name of a research laboratory, information, or to correct errors or misspelled words, after ending the evaluation operation of the article and accept it for publication.

12- L’auteur n’a pas le droit de demander à ajouter le nom d’un autre auteur, ou un nom d’un laboratoire de recherche, informations ou rectifications de fautes d’orthographe, après que l’opération d’évaluation de l’article soit terminée en vue de son acceptation pour la publication.
