توظيف الإبداع كمدخل لتنمية الوقف الإسلامي

الملخص
يعد المجال الوقفي أحد الأنشطة المساهمة في تنمية المجتمع الإسلامي من مختلف الجوانب الإقتصادية، الإجتماعية والروحانية، ونظرا لهذه الأهمية للوقف فقد تم دراسة العديد من الأساليب لتسييره، فتعتبر عملية توظيف الإبداع ذات أهمية كبيرة في هذا المجال فقد أصبح الإبداع سمة مميزة في المؤسسات الإسلامية، من خلال توظيفه واستخدام الحلول المبدعة لإدارته، خاصة في ظل المخاطر البيئية التي قد تلحق به، وتتمحور عملية توظيف الابداع في المجال الوقفي حول تمكين القدرات والمهارات واستخدام الحلول الإبداعية لادارته واستثماره بطريقة عصرية، وبما ينسجم مع معطيات الشريعة الإسلامية وتعاليمها مما يعد خطوة إيجابية نحو التنمية الإقتصادية والإجتماعية التي تقود إلى بناء المجتمع وتطويره. Abstract: The islamic waqf is one of the activities that contribute to the development of the Islamic society from various economic, social and spiritual aspects. Given this importance of this field, many methods for its management have been studied. The process of employing creativity is of great importance in this field. Creativity has become a distinctive feature in Islamic institutions, from During its employment and the use of creative solutions to manage it, especially in light of the environmental risks that may befall it, the process of employing creativity in the endowment field revolves around empowering capabilities and skills and using creative solutions to manage and invest it in a modern way, especialy these related to economic and administrative aspects that meet and agree with the Islamic rules and system, which is a positive step towards the Upgrade of the society and its development.
