اليقظة التكنولوجية كمدخل لتنمية الإبداع التنافسي في المنظمات الحديثة : قراءة في المفهوم والمؤشرات والدلالات

الملخص
مما لا شك فيه بان اليقظة التكنولوجية تعد إحدى أهم المقومات الواجب توافرها في المنظمات المعاصرة لتحقيق التفوق التنافسي حيث أن التحديات التي تواجه المنظمات الحديثة والتغيرات المتسارعة في بيئة الأعمال وسعي المنظمات المتواصل لتحقيق التميز والريادة في سوق المنافسة ولاسيما في بيئة معقدة وشديدة التغير وهذا ما دفعها إلى الاهتمام باليقظة التكنولوجية اهتماما خاصا باعتبارها تعد إحدى المكونات الأساسية والجوهرية للمؤسسات حيث تمكنها من تحقيق التفوق و الإبداع والتميز ،فالإبداع التنافسي هو الغاية الأسمى والهدف النهائي الذي تسعى المنظمات الحديثة لتحقيقه، والمتمثل في الموقع الريادي في السوق، حيث يضمن لها النجاح والاستمرارية على المدى الطويل. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لإبراز دور اليقظة التكنولوجية في تعزيز الابداع والتفوق التنافسي في المنظمات الحديثة وخلصت الدراسة في نهاية المطاف إلى ضرورة تطبيق اليقظة التكنولوجية في المنظمات الحديثة لاستيعاب وفهم ديناميكية السوق المنافسة لتعزيز وتحسين مركزها تنافسي، كما دعت المنظمات على تدريب العاملين ودمجهم على أحدث الاختراعات والوسائل التكنولوجية. ABSTRACT: The world’s organizations are facing today many challenges and repid changes in the business environment to achieve excellence ,leadership and a privileged position in the market ,particularly in a complex and highly changing environment, which are undoubtedly the most important ingredients for achieving competitive exellance in modern organizations Technological vigilance has received special attention, however its impact on the success of business within organizations is one of the essential components of institutions that enable them to achieve excellence through competitive innovation. which is the ultimate goal pursued by modern organizations, namely, a leading position in the market, where success is guaranteed and sustained over the long term. This research paper aims to highlight the role of technological vigilance in promoting innovation and competitive excellence in modern organizations. The study ultimately concluded that technological vigilance should be applied in modern organizations to accommodate and understand the dynamics of the competitive market to enhance and improve its competitive status, and also called on organizations to train and integrate workers in state-of-the-art inventions and technologies.
