تصدر مجلة تطویر العلوم الاجتماعیة بجامعة الجلفة بشكل دوري (نصف سنوي) ضمن مجالات العلوم الإجتماعیة والانسانية وبحوث الوقاية ومكافحة المخدرات والإدمان، من طرف أساتذة وباحثي الجامعات والمؤسسات العلمية ومراكز البحث وطلبة الدكتوراه ،على أن تكون البحوث مكتوبة باللغة العربیة أو الفرنسیة أو الإنجلیزیة، متبعة المنهج العلمي والشروط التقنية والشكلية وطريقة التوثيق العلمي وفق طريقة APA الإصدار الأخير، ویشترط في البحث ألا یكون قد نشُر أو قدم للنشر في أي مكان آخر ،وتخضع البحوث كلها للتحكیم والتقييم من طرف لجنة من الخبراء المتخصصين من الجزائر وخارجها حسب الشروط والأصول العلمیة المتبعة. The Journal of Social Science Development at the University of Djelfa is published periodically (semi-annually) within the fields of social and human sciences, prevention research, drug control and addiction, by professors and researchers of universities, scientific institutions, research centers and doctoral students. The research should be written in Arabic, French or English. Scientific and technical conditions and the method of scientific documentation are those of the latest APA method, and requires the research not to be published or submitted for publication elsewhere, and all researches are subject to arbitration and evaluation by a committee of experts from Algeria and abroad. le Journal of Social Science Development de l'Université de Djelfa est publié périodiquement (deux fois par an) dans les domaines des sciences sociales et humaines, de la recherche en prévention, du contrôle des drogues et de la toxicomanie, par des professeurs et des chercheurs d'universités, d'institutions scientifiques, de centres de recherche et de doctorats étudiants. La recherche doit être écrite en arabe, en français ou en anglais. Les conditions scientifiques et techniques et la méthode de documentation scientifique sont celles de la dernière méthode APA et exigent que la recherche ne soit pas publiée ni soumise pour publication ailleurs. Toutes les recherches sont soumises à l'arbitrage et à l'évaluation par un comité d'experts algériens et étrangers

Training needs in the field of e-management for the principals of public schools in Zarqa Governorate

Résumé: Abstract: The study aimed to identify the training needs in the field of e-management among the principals of public schools in Zarqa Governorate, for the Ministry of Education to apply e-management to cope with the revolutions of knowledge. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was developed based on the theoretical literature and previous studies to measure the need for training in the field of e-management for school administrators by measuring the availability and expectations of training needs in the field of e-management. - The reality of training needs in the field of e-management among school administrators in Zarqa governorate was moderate. - There are no statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α≤0.05) between the mean differences between the estimates of the respondents on the areas of training needs in the field of e-management among school administrators in Zarqa Governorate and their estimates on their expectations.
