الملخص
الملخص: حقوق الملكية الفكرية أصبحت من بين أهم الحقوق خاصة من ناحية القيمة الاقتصادية التي تُتَأَتَى منها، وتنقسم حقوق الملكية الفكرية إلى حقوق الملكية الصناعية وحقوق الملكية الأدبية والفنية، هذه الأخيرة هي محور دراستنا، ويطلق عليها في التشريع الجزائري حقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة، وهي ترتبط بحياتنا اليومية بشكل وثيق وتؤثر وتتأثر في كثير من مجالات الحياة، خاصة من ناحية تكنولوجيا المعلومات والرقمنة هذه الظاهرة التي أثرت في هذا النوع من الحقوق وأخرجته من النظرة لكلاسكية التقليدية إلى عالم السرعة والرقمنة. Abstract : Intellectual property rights have become among the most important rights, especially in terms of the economic value that is derived from them. Intellectual property rights are divided into industrial property rights and literary and artistic property rights, the latter being the focus of our study, and in Algerian legislation they are called copyright and related rights, and they are related to our daily life Closely affected and affected and affected in many areas of life, especially in terms of information technology and digitization, this phenomenon that affected this type of rights and brought it out of the view of classical classics to the world of speed and digitization.
