الملخص
يتوخى صاحب هذه الورقة البحثية معالجة اشكالية استراتيجية استغلال الماء في سقي البساتين ببلاد المغرب الأوسط في الحقبة الزمنية الممتدة بين القرنين الرابع الهجري (10م) والثامن الهجري (14م)؛ من حيث أنظمة السقي، وأوقاته، وطرائقه، وطبيعة المشاكل التي تعترض سبيل ذلك، وكذا سبل بالموازنة بين فرص الحصول على الماء وتوفيره وبين حسن استثماره واستغلاله، مع التركيز على ما تعلّق باستثماره في سقي المساحات الخضراء؛ تلك المخصّصة للترفيه والاستجمام كالحدائق والمتنزهات. كما يضطلع الشق الثاني بدراسة أنماط استغلال هذه المادة الحيوية (الماء) في الجانب الجمالي التزييني، سواء تزيين الحدائق والمتنزهات بالقصور وفي الساحات العامة خلال الفترة الخاضعة للدرس، وذلك في مسعى منا للكشف عن مظاهر الاستغلال، وطرائقه، وفنونه وأنماطه، ومعاينة مستويات الاهتمام الذي حظي به هذا النمط التزييني من طرف السلطة القائمة آنذاك، ومدى عناية المشرفين عليها بتوظيف الثروة المائية في المسعى التجميلي، ناهيك عن تحسّس مستويات الحس الفني والذوق الجمالي الذي تحلّوا به، واصطبغت به أنماط العمارة الـمزيّنة بنافورات الماء ومجاريها وقنواتها، بالإضافة إلى الوقوف بالدرس على اللمسات الجمالية التي تركها الفنانون في مجال البناء والتشييد والتزيين بواسطة الماء وعن طريقه، وكذا هويتهم ومصدر اللون الفني المتبع. This research paper seeks to adress the issue that is basically concerned with the study of the strategy by which water was well used to irrigate gardens in the mid Maghreb country in the era between 4th and 8th AH/ 10th and 14th AD. The paper is also concerned with horticulture, its timeline, its manners and the troubles that went against the way it works. In addition to offering equal opportunities of getting or providing water, as well as utilizing it in a good way. The second part of this research is concerned with studying the ways of exploiting water in decorating and beautifying gardens and parks that surround the palaces and the public spaces as well of the era under study. We looks forward to show the nature of exploitation, its manners, its technics, its types and the levels of interest that is devoted to that sort of decoration by the Magrebian authorities of that time, and how they contrebute in using the water resources for the sake of decorating, let alone artistic levels and aesthetic appreciation of those who were responsible for that. And how it appears in their architectural styles with water fountains flowing in streams and chanals. In addition to that we study the elegant touches that is left by artists in the field of building, constructing and decorating by means of water. We also deal with their identity and the source of the pursued artistic type.
