الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الإجابة على جملة من التساؤلات، تتعلّق بطبيعة الأسباب التي دفعت بالقيادة السياسية في بلاد المغرب الأوسط خلال الفترة الزمنية الممتدة بين القرنين الرابع والسادس الهجريين (10-12م) إلى نهج سبيل أعمال النفي والتغريب والتهجير الفردي والجماعي كنمط من أنماط العقوبة ولغة من لغات التأديب، وأبرز مظاهر تلك العقوبة وصنوفها، وطبيعة الأشخاص أو العناصر الذين شملتهم تلك العقوبة وسُلِّطت في حقِّهم، ومكانتهم في سلم التراتبية الاجتماعية. هذا من زاوية، ومن زاوية ثانية، تتصدى بالدراسة لأبرز مخلّفات عمليات النفي والتغريب على حياة الساكنة بالمجال والحقبة الزمنية الخاصة بالدراسة السياسية والاجتماعية والنفسية، سواء رجال الحكم والبلاط، أو فئة النخبة العلمية، أو الرعية بشكل عام، مع التعريج على تأثيراتها على مسار علاقة السلطة بالرعية، وعلى الحياة الحضارية للمجال الخاضع للدراسة. وكان من أبرز ما تمّ تسجيله على ضوئها: تصدّر العامل السياسي قائمة مسبّبات عملية النفي والتغريب بالمغرب الأوسط، واحتلال منطقة بجاية مركز صدارة حواضر المغرب الأوسط المستقطبة للنخب العلمية التي تمّ تغريبها عن بلدها. This research paper attempts to answer a couple of questions related to the nature of the reasons that led the political leadership, in the middle Maghreb during the fourth and sixth centuries AH (10-12 CE), to follow the path of exile, alienation, and individual and mass displacement as a form of punishment and a disciplinary language, as it also deals with the most prominent manifestations and forms of this punishment and the nature of the persons or elements who have been punished, and their position in the social hierarchy. On the other hand, it addresses the study of the most acute effects of exile and alienation on the life of the inhabitant in the field and the time period of political, social and psychological study, be it the rulers and nobles, the scientific elite, or nationals in general, including with regard to its effects on the relationship between authorities and nationals, and the civilized life of the area under study..
