شعرية التكرار وجحاجيته في ديوان تأمل في وجه الثورة لعياش يحياوي The poetic repetition and its argument in the “Meditation on the Face of Revolution” by Ayyash Yahyawi

الملخص: تروم الدراسة البحث في شعرية التكرار وحجاجيته في الشعر الجزائري المعاصر وتتخذ من المجموعة الشعرية تأمل في وجه الثورة عينة للمقاربة، وذلك ببحث أنماط التكرار التي استعملها الشاعر ومحاولة التقاط مكامن الشعرية فيها مع إبراز الطاقة الحجاجية التي يرفد بها التكرار القصيدة الشعرية وعليه فإن الأسئلة التي تدور هذه الدراسة في فلكها تتمحور فيما يأتي: ما هي أنماط التكرار التي عني بها عياش يحياوي؟ وما هي الوظائف التي أداها هذا الأسلوب؟ وما هي جمالياته؟ أين تتجلى قيمة هذا الأسلوب وأثره على مستوى الصور، الدلالة والإيقاع والحجاج؟. أما فيما يخصّ النتائج المتوقع أن تصل إليها الدراسة فنلخصها في نجاح الشاعر في الاشتغال على التكرار بكل أنماطه لتفريع الدلالة أولا وربط القصائد في عقد ناظم لتؤدي معنى مخصوصا يوجّه إليه المتلقي. This study aims to analyze the poetics of repetition and its persuasive efficacy within contemporary Algerian poetry. The analysis centers on discerning the recurrent motifs employed by the poet, elucidating their poetic nuances, and elucidating the argumentative vigor imbued through repetition. Consequently, the study seeks to address the following questions: What are the recurring patterns of repetition evident in Ayyash Yahyawi's work? What functions do these repetitions serve? How do they contribute to the aesthetic dimension of the poetry? Furthermore, it explores the ramifications of this stylistic choice on imagery, connotation, rhythm, and argumentation. The expected findings of this analysis include the poet's adept utilization of repetition across its various manifestations, facilitating both semantic elaboration and cohesive thematic interconnection within the poems, thereby directing the recipient's interpretation toward specific thematic trajectories.

Dynamics of Valorization and Legal Protection of Real Estate Cultural Heritage in Algeria

الملخص: It is widely acknowledged that cultural heritage is an essential element of community identity and social cohesion. In addition, the protection of cultural heritage inherited from previous generations should be of prime concern for all people, regardless of the category of heritage concerned. This could be intangible heritage, movable heritage, or even real estate heritage which includes historical monuments, archaeological sites, urban or rural complexes, as well as real estate by destination. Heritage safeguarding should be realized by means of clear and well-defined texts at the national as well as at the international levels. التراث الثقافي هو أحد مكونات هوية المجتمع وأساس التماسك الاجتماعي. تعد حماية التراث الثقافي الموروث من الأجيال السابقة، أولوية لجميع الشعوب بغض النظر عن صنف التراث المعني، تراث غير مادي، تراث منقول، أو حتى تراث عقاري. وتشمل الفئة الأخيرة المعالم التاريخية والمواقع الأثرية والمجمعات الحضرية أو الريفية، بالإضافة إلى العقارات حسب المآل. إن الحفاظ على هذا التراث لا يكون إلا من خلال نصوص واضحة على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي.

The constitutional court in Tunisia : The constitutional judge is still absent

Résumé: The constitutional court in Tunisia was one of the most important post revolution gains acquired , it was institionalized in the 2014 Tunisian constitution , however it has been disrupted every time , the first time because of the divergences between parliamentary blocs in the assembly of the people’s representatives , the second time because of the president of the republic Kais Saeed who went further when he amended the constitution in 2022 and the whole constitutional architecture under the persistent absence of the constitutional judge , which is considered to some a threat to the constitutional legitimacy and a dragging of the country into authoritarianism .

Résumé: La pratique clinique en Algérie se caractérise par des règles du cadre à respecter, ses principes sont liés au contexte socioculturel de la société qui guident les consultations psychologiques chez les enfants et adolescents, cela permet non seulement de comprendre la demande d’aide mais également pour conduire un travail relativement contrôlé pour les psychologues non psychanalystes.

Prospects for Cooperation International in Promoting Sustainable Blue Economy in the Euro-Mediterranean Region

الملخص: In order to activate the principle of international cooperation, which is one of the most important purposes of the United Nations, which was explicitly referred to in its founding charter in the text of Article 1, 3, as well as Article 52 of Chapter 8, regional organizations sought to support opportunities to move towards the blue economy, as efforts resulted in the emergence of many regional initiatives in The Euro-Mediterranean region has been formulated in the form of forward-looking and directive plans. Accordingly, this study aims to identify the various challenges facing this young economy, and to evaluate current regional efforts while anticipating the future of this sector to reach the conclusion that the reality of this cooperation remains very modest, in light of the lack of political will. Scientific and technological disparity between Mediterranean countries تجسيدا لمبدأ التعاون الدولي الذي يعتبر من أهم مقاصد منظمة الأمم المتحدة والتي أشار اليها صراحة ميثاق تأسيسها في نص المادة 1 ف 3 وكذا المادة 52 من الفصل 8 سعت المنظمات الإقليمية إلى دعم مختلف صور التعاون وتقاسم المنافع بشكل منصف وعادل بين الدول بما في ذلك دعم فرص التوجه نحو الاقتصادات المستدامة، بما في ذلك الاقتصاد الأزرق حيث أثمرت الجهود عن ظهور العديد من المبادرات الإقليمية في المنطقة الأورو متوسطية تسعى لدعم هذا النمط التنموي الجديد، تم صياغتها في شكل خطط استشرافية، وتوجيهية لسد الفراغ القانوني الحالي في انتظار صبها في شكل اتفاقيات إقليمية ملزمة وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على مختلف التحديات التي تواجه هذا الاقتصاد الفتي وتقييم الجهود الإقليمية الحالية مع استشراف مستقبل هذا القطاع لنصل لنتيجة مفادها أن فرص التعاون الحالي بين دول الجوار المتوسطي تبقى محتشمة جدا، في ظل نقص الإرادة السياسية والتفاوت العلمي والتكنولوجي الكبير بين ضفتي دول المتوسط .

The role of the physical education and sports curriculum for the middle school stage in improving some indicators of the quality of social life for children with autism spectrum disorder

الملخص: Abstract: The current study aims to show the effect of the physical education and sports program for middle school on improving some factors of the quality of social life in children with autism spectrum disorder, and in accordance with the nature and purposes of the actual study, the researcher depended on the descriptive way by putting into the practice an electronical questionnaire on a sample of (220) professors of physical and sports education for middle school from different Algerian states, which it covers five axes, and after statistical treatment of the results, it was concluded that physical education and sports program for middle school has an effect on improving some indicators of the quality of social life for children with autism spectrum disorder. الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة دور منهاج التربية البدنية والرياضية للطور المتوسط على تحسين بعض مؤشرات جودة الحياة الاجتماعية لدى الأطفال المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد، وتماشيا مع أهداف وطبيعة الدراسة فقد اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي من خلال تطبيق استبيان الكتروني مقنن على عينة قوامها (220) أستاذا للتربية البدنية والرياضية للطور المتوسط من مختلف ولايات الجزائر، حيث يغطي الاستبيان خمس محاور، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للنتائج تم التوصل إلى أن لمنهاج التربية البدنية والرياضية للطور المتوسط تأثير على تحسين بعض مؤشرات جودة الحياة الاجتماعية لدى الأطفال المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد.
