Marketing Innovation In Tourism Thermal Resorts, Case Study Of Sidi Yahia Thermal Tourism Resort

Abstract

Thermal and mineral springs and springs are considered as the core of the tourism in Biskra city, which is one of the most important thermal and medical tourism poles in Algeria, due to its tourism richness and the healing capacity of its waters. Biskra city possesses three thermal springs that exist since the roman era which allowed it to attract many local and foreign investors and tourists. This study aims to explore the medical tourism in the recently established thermal tourism resort Sidi Yahia, in order to examine the adoption of innovative procedures and strategies in the resort. As a matter of fact, the key to revitalize medical tourism lies definitely in good structures and highly competitive new services.
