تمثيل المستهلك: آلية دفاعية لجمعيات حماية المستهلك في ظل القانون الجزائري

الملخص
تحتل جمعيات حماية المستهلك أهمية بالغة في الدفاع عن مصالح المستهلكين وحقوقهم، من خلال تمثيل المستهلك أمام الهيئات المسؤولة عن حماية المستهلك ومراقبة السوق الاقتصادي، سواء أمام السلطات العمومية أو أمام الجهات القضائية، غير أنه هناك عوائق تحول دون قيام الجمعيات بدورها على أكمل وجه، لذلك يتعين تدعيم المنظومة القانونية في مجال حماية المستهلك بتدابير إضافية، تعمل على تعزيز الدور التمثيلي لجمعيات حماية المستهلك، ودعمها ماديا وتشجيع عملية الانخراط فيها بإتاحة الظروف الملائمة لمزاولة نشاطها. Consumer protection societies occupy great importance in defending consumers' interests and rights, by representing consumers before the bodies responsible for consumer protection and monitoring the economic market, whether before public authorities l, as well as before the judicial authorities, However, there are obstacles that prevent associations from fully carrying out their role, , so the legal system in the field of consumer protection must be strengthened with additional measures. It works to enhance the representative role of consumer protection associations, support them financially and encourage the process of engaging with them by creating appropriate conditions for their activity.
