الملخص
تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى توضيح أهمية المقاولات الخضراء في مجال المحافظة على البيئة من خلال سياسة الدولة في حوكمة الاقتصاد وتبنيها نموذج اقتصادي قائم على استراتيجية وفق متطلبات التنمية المستدامة ومتطلبات التطور البيئي، لاسيما بعد المكانة التي أضحت تحتلها المقاولاتية الخضراء في بيئة الاقتصاد والأعمال ذات البعد البيئي، بل أضحت من أفضل الوسائل التي تعتمدها الجهات المختصة في سياق ريادة الأعمال المستدامة وتنميتها على جميع المستويات وبصفة خاصة آلية محورية التي تهدف إلى إبداع وتنفيذ حلول للمشاكل. This study aims to clarify the importance of green entrepreneurship in the field of preserving the environment through the state's policy in the governance of the economy and its adoption of an economic model based on a strategy in accordance with the requirements of sustainable development and the requirements of environmental development, especially after the position occupied by green entrepreneurship in the economic and business environment with an environmental dimension. Rather, it has become one of the best means adopted by the competent authorities in the context of sustainable entrepreneurship and its development at all levels, especially a pivotal mechanism that aims to create and implement solutions to problems.
