الملخص: مع التطور المتقدم والسريع في الأجهزة والآلات والأنظمة الذكية، بدأ العالم يتوجه نحو التحول الرقمي لتصبح الحياة فيه معتمدة على المنتجات والخدمات الإلكترونية إلى حد كبير قصد تحقيق كفاءة الموارد، حيث تعتمد هذه المنتجات والخدمات بشكل كلي على تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بشكل مبتكر ومتطور، وتزداد أهمية التحول الرقمي وخاصة مع الظروف غير المسبوقة والمتعلقة بوباء كورونا الذي اجتاح العالم، ولهذا يترتب على الحكومات وضع استراتيجية للتحول الرقمي التي سترسم معالم الطريق من أجل مستقبل أفضل. Abstract: With the advanced and rapid development in devices, machines and smart systems, the world has begun to move towards digital transformation to become life in it reliant on electronic products and services to a large extent in order to achieve resource efficiency, as these products and services depend entirely on information and communication technology in an innovative and advanced way, and increasingly The importance of digital transformation, especially with the unprecedented circumstances related to the Corona epidemic that has swept the world, and for this reason, governments must develop a strategy for digital transformation that will chart the road for a better future.
