الملخص
ملخص: شكل الانتشار المفاجئ والسريع لجائحة كورونا صدمة كبيرة لقادة الأعمال بسبب الاضطرابات الاقتصادية الخطيرة التي رافقتها والتي أثرت سلبا على أداء الشركات في العالم، وهو مافرض عليها الشروع في تغييرات تنظيمية وتسييرية هامة لضمان بقائها واستمرارية أعمالها. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مختلف أنماط وأساليب الاستجابة التي انتهجتها هذه الشركات لتجاوز التحديات الجديدة على عالم الأعمال من خلال نماذج لشركات عالمية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الشركات الناجحة والفعالة هي التي تمكنت من اعتماد مرونة تسييرية وكيفت استراتيجياتها مع التوجهات الجديدة للسوق العالمية. Abstract: The sudden and rapid spread of the Corona pandemc represented a great shock to business leaders in the world as a result of the serious economic disturbances that accompanied it, which negatively affected the performance of companies in the world, which forced them to initiate important organizational and management changes, to ensure their survival and the continuity of their business. This study aims to analyze the various patterns and methods of response that these companies have adopted to overcome the new challenges on the business world. through models of international companies. The study concluded that successful and effective companies are the ones that have been able to adopt management flexibility, and adapting their strategies to the new trends of the global market.
