الملخص
تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع الإعلام والحوكمة البيئية في الجزائر، من خلال تبيان علاقة الحوكمة البيئية بالإعلام والإشارة إلى دور الإعلام كفاعل استراتيجي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، ودراسة كل مفهوم على حدى، إذ لا يمكن الإستغناء عن الإعلام كدعامة أساسية لضمان الوعي بمشاكل البيئة والمشاركة في حمايتها، فمبدأ الإعلام صنّف كأهم آلية إجرائية منحها القانون للفرد لجعله مدركا لحالة البيئة التي يعيش فيها ومحاولة تحسينها وهذا ما تضمنّه القانون رقم 03-10 المتعلق بحماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة، فقد أقرّ المشرع الجزائري في العديد من النصوص القانونية بمساهمة الأفراد والجمعيات في حماية البيئة وجعله عنصر فعال في صياغة القرارات البيئية.Abstract: This paper addresses the topic of media and environmental governance in Algeria, by showing the relationship of environmental governance to media and referring to the role of media as a strategic actor in achieving sustainable development in Algeria, by examining each concept individually, since information cannot be dispensed with as a key pillar to ensure awareness of and participation in the protection of the environment's problems, The principle of information has been classified as the most important procedural mechanism granted by law to the individual to make him aware of the state of the environment in which he lives and to try to improve it, as provided for in Act No. 03-10 on the protection of the environment in the context of sustainable development. Algerian legislation recognizes the contribution of individuals and associations to environmental protection and makes it an effective element in the formulation of environmental decisions.
