دور القانون في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
من المؤكّد أنّ التّنمية المستدامة متعدّدة الأبعاد ، تتطلب لتجسيد أهدافها تعاونا دوليا و تظافرا للجهود لمختلف الفاعلين على المستوى الدّاخلي ، و لا يمكن تحقيق هذه الأهداف إلّا وفق آليات قانونية تعمل على نقل الأفكار و الرؤى و النظريات إلى واقع ملموس ، و بقدر الحاجة الى القانون فإن التنمية المستدامة تتطلّب تجسيد و تفعيل أحكام هذا القانون على أرض الواقع . و من خلال هذه الدراسة المتواضعة نحاول الوقوف على أهم أبعاد التنمية المستدامة و مدى ارتباطها بالجانب القانوني و أهمية التشريع في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة . Abstract: It is certain that the sustainable development is multi-dimensional which requires international cooperation and concerted efforts of various actors at the internal level to embody its goals. These goals can only be achieved according to legal mechanisms that work to transfer ideas, visions and theories into a tangible reality, and to the extent that the law is needed,then the Sustainable development requires at the same time also than the law , the embodiment and implementation of the provisions of this law on the ground. And through this modest study, we try to identify the most important dimensions of sustainable development and the extent to which they are related to the legal aspect and the importance of legislation in achieving this sustainable development
