الملخص

تنبّه علماؤنا العرب القدامى، على اختلاف مشاربهم وتعدّد اهتماماتهم، للفرق الواضح بين دلالة اللَّفظة مفردة، ودلالتها في حواليتها، ولاحظوا البَوْن بين الدّلالتين في معظم الأحيان؛ فساقوا لنا نظرات ذكيّة ودقيقة في مؤلفاتهم، لاسيما في بيئة الأصوليّين؛ ولذلك حاولت هذه الوقفة استقطاب جوانب التّوظيف السِّياقيّ، وتتبّع أهمّ ملامحه في بعض المتون الأصوليّة المنتقاة، لتخلص في نهايتها إلى تأكيد رسوخ أهمّ مفاهيم النّظريّة السّياقيّة الحديثة لكن بثوب تراثيّ أصيل، وتبيّن براعتهم في اقتناص الدّلالة من أجل استنباط الأحكام الشّرعيّة من القرآن الكريم. Our ancient Arab scholars have noticed to their different backgrounds and interests of the clear difference between the significance of the singular word, and its significance in its context, and they observed the clear bon between the two connotations, so they gave us an intelligent and accurate observations contained in their writings, especially in the environment of fundamentalists; Therefore This study tried to polarize the aspects of contextual practises and follows its most important features in some of the selected fundamentalist texts, to conclude at the end to confirm the firmness of the most important concepts of modern theory but in an authentic heritage dress, and show their prowess in spesefeing the significance in order to derive Sharia rulings from the Holy Qur’an.
