الملخص
ملخّص: للأهميّة الكبيرة التي اكتساها السِّياق، ولدوره الفاعل في العمليّة التّواصليّة، صار مع مرور الزّمن نظريّة دلالية قائمة بذاتها تسمّى "النظرية السِّياقية"؛ وهي إحدى النظريات اللّغوية الحديثة التي تعرّضت للمعنى ومشكلاته، ويرى أصحابها أنّ معنى الكلمة هو استخدامها ضمن حوالية لغويّة تتألف من وحدات دلاليّة تجاورها، يستلزم ملاحظتها وأخذها بعين النظر، مع إدراج دور وسائط التّلفّظ المقاميّة ضمن العمليّة الإدراكية التأويلية، و تلك العناصر في عمومها تفتقت أفكارا ألمعيّة وملاحظات ذكيّة عند علمائنا العرب القدامى، وتحديدا عند الأصوليّين منهم، وهذا ما يسعى المقال إلى تبيانه من خلال تصفّح بعض مؤلّفاتهم القيّمة، ورصد ما حوته إزاءها، ليتأكّد تجذّرها في الترّاث الدّينيّ العربيّ باعتبارها أداة طيّعة ووسيلة فاعلة في عملية استنباط الأحكام الشّرعيّة من القرآن الكريم. الكلمات المفتاحية: السّياق، اللّغة، المقام، الدّلالة، التّفسير. Abstract: This contribution attempts to examine the manifestations and features of contextual theory in some books of old Arab fundamentalists (Ousoulyine); so,with the great importance of the context has become with the passage of time a modern semantic theory which inquired the meaning and its problems, the mainly on the idea that the meaning of the word is coming from its use within the linguistic and the non linguistic context , and those elements is predominantly came up with ideas brilliance and comments smart to scientists Arab veterans, and specifically fundamentalists, and this is what will be seen by browsing through the researcher to some of the writings of value, and to monitor its content about the contextual theory. This research proves the deepness of the context reflection in Arab religious heritage and the effectiveness of this tool in the verdicts pulling out and purposes of the Islamic religion Keywords: context ;language ;context of situation ; significance ; interpretation
