الملخص
أصبح التخطيط الحضري من المفاهيم الشائعة والمتداولة في كثير من الكتب والدراسات الأكاديمية، وتتقاسمه الكثير من التخصصات العلمية، التي تتخذ من المدينة وإطارها العمراني موضوعا للدراسة، والبحث كالجغرافيا والهندسة المعمارية، والتهيئة العمرانية، وعلم الاجتماع الحضري، حيث هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أهمية التخطيط الحضري وأهم خصائصه، إضافة إلى الكشف عن أهم مقوماته الأساسية لتصل الدراسة إلى إبراز واقعه في الجزائر، إذ تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بغرض الوصول إلى نتائج أهمها: اعتبار التخطيط الحضري أحد الإجراءات الأساسية التي يتم القيام بها من أجل تحقيق التنمية وتوجيه البيئات الحضرية الجديدة، والعمل على ضبط نموها وازدهارها. Urban planning has become a common concept and circulated in many books and academic studies, and it is shared by many scientific disciplines, which take the city and its urban framework as a subject of study, and research such as geography, architecture, urban preparation, and urban sociology, as the current study aimed to identify the importance of planning Urban planning and its most important characteristics, in addition to revealing its most basic components in order for the study to highlight its reality in Algeria, as the descriptive and analytical approach was relied upon in order to reach the most important results: considering urban planning as one of the basic measures that are carried out in order to achieve development and direct new urban environments And work to control its growth and prosperity.
