الملخص

الملخص: تهدف الدراسة لمعرفة مشكلة التخطيط الحضري و الانعكاسات المترتبة على الدول و المجتمعات نتيجة سوء التخطيط . و توصلت الدراسة الى أن مشكلة التخطيط من المشاكل التي تواجهها المدن باعتبارها عنصر هام من عناصر قيامها و تأسيسها ،و نجاحها مرتبط بمدي كفاءة التخطيط و نجاعته ،و المتجول في أي مدينة يمكن أن يلاحظ بسهولة الفرق بين أحياء مخططة تخضع لمعايير التخطيط و التنظيم ،و تتميز بالتنظيم و تختلف عن غيرها من المدن غير المخططة ، التي لا تخضع لمعايير التخطيط و التنظيم ،و التأسيس و التشييد و هذه المشكلة ،هي مشكلة عالمية تواجهها كل مدن العالم حتى الأكثر تحضرا ،فأمام مدن تراعي معايير التخطيط و التنظيم و التأسيس تقابلها مدن غير مخططة و لا تخضع لأي شروط التخطيط و التشييد و هذا ما نسميه بالأحياء المخططة و الأحياء غير المخططة Abstract: The study aims to find out the problem of urban planning and the implications for states and societies as a result of poor planning.The study concluded that the planning problem is one of the problems that cities face, as it is an important component of their establishment and establishment. And its success is linked to the efficiency and effectiveness of planning, and a wanderer in any city can easily notice the difference between planned neighborhoods that are subject to planning and organization standards, and are distinguished by organization and differ from other unplanned cities,Which are not subject to the standards of planning, organization, establishment and construction, and this problem is a global problem that all cities in the world face, even the most civilized, because in front of cities that take into account the standards of planning, organization and establishment, unplanned cities meet and are not subject to any conditions of planning and construction, and this What we call planned neighborhoods and unplanned neighborhoods
