الملخص
نتيجة التطورات التي تشهدها مختلف المؤسسات خاصة التطور في الوسائل التكنولوجية، التي غير من عملية الحصول على المعلومات والمعرفة بطرق ومواصفات علمية وموضوعية، وأصبحت المعلومات موردا استراتيجيا مهما داخل المؤسسات، لذا تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز دور ومساهمة الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة خاصة شبكة الانترنت في تفعيل وإرساء اليقظة الإستراتيجية، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للتوصل إلى نتائج أهمها: مساهمة شبكة الانترنت الإيجابية في تفعيل اليقظة الإستراتيجية، ومن ثمة المساعدة في اتخاذ القرار، كما أنه يجب على كل المؤسسات بمختلف قطاعاتها الاعتماد عليها. As a result of the developments witnessed by the various institutions, especially the development in technological means, which changed the process of obtaining information and knowledge in scientific and objective methods and specifications, and the information has become an important strategic resource within the institutions, so this research paper aims to highlight the role and contribution of modern technological means, especially the Internet, in activating And the establishment of strategic vigilance, where the descriptive and analytical approach was used to reach the most important results: the positive contribution of the Internet in activating the strategic vigilance, and from there help in decision-making, and that all institutions in their various sectors must rely on them.
