الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور شبكة الانترنت في تحقيق التنسيق بين العاملين في مختلف الوحدات الإدارية بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر فرع ولاية الطارف، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في تحديد ذلك، كما تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستمارة متكونة من مجموعة أسئلة وزعت على 96 عامل بالمؤسسة. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - تأكيد العمال بالمؤسسة مجال الدراسة على استخدام شبكة الانترنت من أجل الحصول على بناء تنظيمي متناسق في وحداته الإدارية وذلك بنسبة قدرت بـــ47.9%. - عمال المؤسسة مجال الدراسة أكدوا بنسبة قدرت بـ 36.5% بأن عملية التنسيق فما بينهم تزداد فعاليته أثناء تطبيق شبكة الانترنت داخل المؤسسة. This study aims to define the role of the Internet in achieving coordination between workers in the various administrative units of the Algerian Telecom Corporation, the El-Tarf State Branch, where the descriptive approach was relied on in determining this, and a questionnaire tool consisting of a set of questions distributed to 96 workers in the institution was relied on. As the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: - Emphasis by workers in the institution in the field of study on the use of the Internet in order to obtain a coherent organizational structure in its administrative units, with an estimated rate of 47.9%. - The workers of the institution in the field of study confirmed, by an estimated 36.5%, that the coordination process between them increases in effectiveness during the application of the Internet within the institution.
